I stayed at Yerays place for a couple of nights, and let me tell you, he was an absolute lifesaver! He was so friendly and helpful that it made my trip a breeze. Not only did he pick me up from the airport, but he also showed me around his neighbourhood on the way to his apartment (which is only a 10-minute drive). He gave me some great recommendations for hidden gems and shops, and he was always there to answer any questions I had. One day, he even ordered me a taxi, which was a huge help! I can’t thank him enough for everything he did. He was definitely the best host I’ve ever had!

Very nice apartment, in a calm and relaxing area. It is an apartment with many tools available especially in the kitchen. The view of the sea is truly fantastic and relaxing. There is a supermarket and restaurants nearby. Ana is very helpful and responds quickly.

A 10-star experience, partly thanks to Jesús, who was always very attentive to everything. We loved it and we will definitely be back. The house is beautiful and the area is super quiet, you have all the comforts there are and will be. Thank you, Jesus!

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was exactly as described—immaculately clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. There was plenty of storage space, and the location was unbeatable—just a minute’s walk to restaurants and the marina, and only a few minutes from the beach. Everything was within easy walking distance. Puerto de Mogán is a truly magical place—peaceful, picturesque, and full of charm. We loved the marina, the quiet beach, spotting tropical fish in the clear water, and watching crabs on the rocks. The blossom-lined streets around the accommodation made it even more special. The town winds down around 10–10:30 PM, which suited us perfectly—it was ideal for relaxed evenings with a glass of wine, followed by a restful night and early morning walks for breakfast. Thank you, Evelyn, for your warm hospitality. We wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Great place, great views, and great location.

Our experience, like other reviews, was great. We highlight the communication with Bea, who was always very good with immediate answers and solutions to everything. For the parking there is no need to worry, as we always park for free in the area. If I return to Gran Canaria I will certainly stay here again.

The accommodation offers a great terrace with a view and a shady dining area. The beds are comfortable, the furnishings are mostly new and tasteful. We stayed there for 5 nights and felt very much at home. We liked to use the communal pool, where we were always alone. The beaches are easy to reach, as well as a restaurant, otherwise you definitely need a car to get to know the beauties of the island. Compared to the large neighboring towns, it is probably rather quiet, but the whole area is very touristy, if you have been in the north or in the mountains before.

We (couple, 63 years old) spent a total of 11 nights in Maria's "paradise" in May 2025 and felt very comfortable. The small apartment is very tastefully furnished and offers complete amenities. From the towels to the bed linen to the coffee machine, everything was there and in really good quality. Particularly noteworthy is the comfortable (albeit rather narrow) bed and the excellent pillows. The absolute highlight is of course the huge roof terrace with a phenomenal view of the mountains and the sea. There, too, everything you could wish for was available in furniture...including comfortable upholstery.

We really liked the apartment. It was very clean and maintained. The small kitchen with a direct view of the sea is well equipped. It was nice and quiet in the apartment. It was a great stay for us.

Wonderful place to stay in Las Palmas - recommended. The apartment is newly refurbished to a high standard and is perfectly sized for a couple. It is a well-equipped studio apartment, with the bedroom area separated by a screen. The standout is the large, private roof terrace - including a dining table (with shade) and some sun loungers! We were welcomed in by the managing company and shown around. Top tip: we initially parked in the recommended parking (Parking Tomas Miller) which although is only 2 minutes walk away, has a *very* steep ramp which our rental car struggled with. We switched to Parking Padre Cueto - much easier to get in to, much lower cost and is only ~7 minutes walk!

The apartment is very nice, clean, quite spacious, and very well equipped - there's everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The area is quiet and calm with a bakery and grocery within walkable distance. The view on the beach and ocean is perfect. Generally, I'd say the location is great if you have a car and want to see as much as possible on the island. Gloria is a super kind and helpful person. The downside is a lack of dedicated parking space: in the evening it's literally impossible to find a free space if you're not lucky. You might need to park 6-10 minutes on foot from the apartment.

Fernando was a great host. The apartment is lovingly and structuredly furnished. I am very meticulous and it was very clean and accurate. Even the pans and pots are without blemishes. I was also very pleased with the freshly fragrant bed linen and towels. You immediately feel at home. It is a safe secure environment. I recommend following the parking instructions Fernando provides. We found it right away and were always lucky to have a parking spot at the front door. In general, I recommend renting a small narrow car in Gran Canaria, as you sometimes drive through very, very narrow streets!! I would definitely go back to Fernando. The accommodation is also sufficient for four. The sofa is comfortable. Shops with everyday needs are also nearby. By car, you can quickly get to the highway, get to excursion destinations quickly and get to the airport quickly. It was a very enjoyable stay. 5 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

We really enjoyed our week at this lovely apartment. We particularly loved the sunny terrace with space to sunbathe as well as an outdoor dining area and separate comfy seating area. Cristina was very welcoming and kindly left us some cheese and wine (much appreciated!). Location was fairly quiet, which we enjoy, but there are plenty of shops nearby, with a large supermarket opposite the apartment block. The accommodation was good value for money too, definitely recommend it.

We all enjoyed staying in this lovely and clean apartment. Our two children settled in quickly. Lots of kitchen equipment, storage, towels and hangers. The beach towels, gym equipment and playstation were a win!

Fer is a very great host. It can't get any better!!He responds immediately and is very friendly. He welcomed us very warmly and we felt very welcome. In the apartment we were surprised with flowers and a filled fruit bowl,not to mention the bottle of red wine, the mineral water and the very fine olive oil. Thank you so much!!I highly recommend Fer and look forward to next time in Patalavaca!!

If you prefer peaceful atmosphere of a mountain village over crowded, noisy resort - this is a place for you. The apartament is spacious and cozy, with everything you need. The terrace is huge, you can have a complete 360 view of the surrounding valley (also from within the jacuzzi). There's amazing GR-139 trail nearby, plus numerous unmarked paths. Incredinble Los Azulejos is not far, as well as the (practically empty) Veneguera beach. If you're ready some crowds, then Puerto Mogan has a few very good restaurants, plus you can rent a bike (my only 2 reasons to go there) or boat (if you're into diving/snorkeling for instance). Generally it's the best place to explore southern Gran Canaria. Pamela is a great host and will make sure your stay is fully pleasant!

Alberto’s place was fantastic. Right by the beach with amazing views, clean and convenient with lots to do within walking distance. We had a great stay!

This is the third time I go to this apartment, and if I can I will come back without hesitation. The apartment is just as you can see in the photos, with all the comforts and is in a very quiet place. Sofia is a spectacular host, always making sure everything looks good and giving recommendations about the place. Everything is perfect once again.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! The location is really unbeatable – just steps away from the beach, so we could spontaneously get to the sea every day. Especially as a family with children, this was a huge plus. The apartment itself is very child-friendly and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday with the family. Our children immediately felt comfortable and had enough space to play. The amenities were also great – from high chair to crib, everything was available and was already provided. Fátima was very friendly and helpful, communication was smooth and straightforward. We felt completely welcome and can absolutely recommend the accommodation.
