We spent a wonderful weekend discovering the charms of the Marais and the north of the Vendee. The setting is peaceful and refreshing, with plenty of activities nearby. We enjoyed local specialties like brioche and oysters, and ended our stay with nice billiards at the accommodation — a real pleasure! The apartment is cozy, very clean and a whole garden with terrace, parking and loungers under palm trees is also free to use. Sylvia was waiting for us directly at check-in and was always approachable and very helpful. The accommodation is superbly located and only 5 minutes' walk from the beach. Mosquito screens on the windows (at least in the bedroom) might be useful. We felt at home, thank you to Sylvia and Nathalie!

Claire and Fabien's accommodation is extremely neat, both in terms of decor and cleanliness. It is a paradise for children with adapted equipment and varied indoor and outdoor games. Add to this welcoming and friendly hosts and it's the perfect combo for a successful stay on the Jade Coast!

I was lucky to manage to grab a long weekend with my husband in Isabelle's slice of paradise in Nantes. She was a wonderful and kind host, I asked for some local recommendations for restaurants and she came back very quickly with a variety of suggestions at various prices. We had a wonderful time relaxing in the very private courtyard and swimming in the pool. I would highly recommend staying if you get the chance.

Laëtitia is a friendly and accommodating hostess. The apartment is as advertised. Tastefully decorated, it is very pleasant and functional. A stone's throw from the beach, close to amenities, shops and restaurants. My professional stay was well enhanced thanks to Laëtitia and her accommodation!

For a mother-daughter reunion, we couldn't have found a better place! The apartment has a magnificent view and is very well located; the large beach is at the foot of the building. The accommodation is very functional as for Aurore and Angélique, thank you for your warm welcome and responsiveness.

Very good points: -> It is over-equipped compared to what I have seen in other Airbnbs. -> Written recommendations save valuable time and are written in 3 languages: French, English and Spanish. Perfect for an international clientele. I would like to draw your attention to 2 points: 1- Although it is noted in the listing ("Not included" paragraph), there is no Wifi in the apartment which requires you to use your phone connection for Internet access. 2- The apartment is impeccably clean with many recommendations because the cleaning is not included in the service. On the day of departure, remember to set aside enough time to make it as "clean" as the day of your arrival.

It is a beautiful studio, very well located, well equipped, with an elevator and a beautiful sea view. Breakfast facing the sea on the very pleasant balcony. Not a lot of restaurants around and a pedestrian street with plenty of shops for shopping fans and foodies, several ice cream parlors on this street. Very nice accommodation, very clean, right in front of the sea, quiet; light basement perfect when it's 30°... close to the Arago neighborhood and its market, restaurants... we'll remember it for our next visit.

Very nice apartment. Well equipped, even coffee capsules were replenished in the supply by the very friendly Valery. Convenient parking, pleasant 10-15 minute walk to all major shops and many good restaurants. For two people, the apartment is ideal.

The apartment has an excellent location. At the end of the garden, the sea. It is very, very clean and especially very well maintained. Cedric and Caroline are charming and warm hosts. This is the second time we've come and we're still happy.
