BEAUTIFUL 1 BEDROOM FLAT HEART OF THE OLD TOWN

You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Cabane du Silon

Cabane bâtie essentiellement avec des matériaux de récupération sur le petit îlot de notre étang. Aménagement intérieur confortable, adapté aussi bien pour des séjours courts que pour des séjours longs. Lieu idéal pour se ressourcer, travailler sur un projet, jouer à des jeux de société (2 sur place), profiter d’une personne que l’on aime, pêcher ou se balader dans la nature (parc, forêt, vignoble)… Pour service petit déjeuner et prestations massages voir ci dessous. 👇🏻

The Oléron Room

Oléron in the countryside! Independent 20 m2 accommodation next to the main house in the middle of a wooded park, 3 steps from a swimming pool. This countryside in South Saintonge is hilly and the first Bordeaux vineyards are barely twenty kilometers away. Saint Emilion or Blaye are 45 minutes away Beautiful walks in perspective: canoeing, walking, cycling… or simply relaxing! The room is equipped with a small fridge, microwave, kettle, dishes for 2 people...

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

La Petite Maison in the vineyards

The beautiful Girondine is happy to host you in its adjoining gîte (40 m2), nestled in the heart of the vineyards, its wine activities, located only 1.5 km from the center of Saint-Émilion and provides parking and bicycle shelter. Franco-British, Jany and her daughter Felicia will be happy to welcome you and advise you on the tourist sites to visit. We offer a classic or continental breakfast included in the nightly rate. Loft with a hot tub and sauna

Beautiful loft-style house 180 m2. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer), dining area, bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet) as well as a relaxation area with fireplace and jacuzzi (4 people max). Upstairs, you will enjoy the Sauna, a first 140 bed with a water + toilet area, a bedroom with a 160 bed and a living room with TV. Outside: terrace, and heated pool (May/Sept) BBQ area.

In the historic center of Bourg, ideally located, between Place de la Halle and the Church, you can stay in our apartment and its green patio to visit our beautiful region, make a stop in the picturesque medieval village of Bourg, taste the wines of the Côtes de Bourg and enjoy the surrounding entertainment. Recently renovated, we are committed to offering you accommodation that combines the charm of the old and modern comforts.

Very nice small furnished apartment for seasonal rental by the night, by the week or more for workers on the move. A kitchen (microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, induction hob, fridge) with dining area and sofa, a bedroom with bed (160 X 200), a bathroom with Italian shower, hanging toilet and sink. All on one level, but two steps to access it. Outdoor parking closed with electric gate. Down duvet, notify in case of allergy.
