Ideally located between Lake (Annecy / Léman) and mountains, you will appreciate the tranquility and the beauty of the mountain landscapes.

Quiet residence, very small studio 20 m², SE exposure close to all shops, 600 m from the ski lifts, ski bus shuttle 30 m away. Accommodating 2 people, this Savoyard-style studio is fully equipped. American kitchen, washing machine, flat screen, sofa bed 140/190, dressing room, bathroom, toilet and 5 m² balcony with view of Aiguille du Midi in clear weather. Lake, recreation center, children's park 100 m away. If you want to bring your bed linen and towels I'll give you a small discount.

Welcome to our cozy 17sqm cabin in the woods, perfect for your next mountain holiday. With Mont Blanc gracing the horizon, you'll be treated to breathtaking views. Please note that this lovely tiny home is situated away from the town centre. It is about 1 hour on foot, 10 minutes by bus, or 4 mins by car. Also, this is the last year Le Cabin de Cerro will be available to book on Airbnb. April 2026 the cabin will undergo an extension and will no longer be a tiny home.

Please let us know your preference before you check in. - Towels and bedding are included in the rental price. - CLEANING: Cleaning is to be done before your departure. - On site it is possible to choose the cleaning fee option at €20 Ski slopes 3/4 km away, hiking, body of water

The studio is attached to our home, an old renovated farmhouse, at an altitude of 1250 m. In the heart of the Aravis with an exceptional panorama, it is the starting point for splendid hikes. La Giettaz is a typical Savoyard village that has kept its authenticity with its active farms and beautiful chalets. 3.5 km from access to the Megève ski area "the gates of Mont-Blanc"

The accommodation is located in an environment protected from any hustle and bustle, 500 m from the village with access via a drivable road. Numerous hiking trails. Close to everything, but in the most complete calm, you can stroll through nature. Equipped with indoor dry toilet and shower room (no shower but a water point for your daily toilet). Breakfast is delivered to you every morning in a basket.

Beautifully appointed and decorated throughout with a stunning private original Northern Lights cedar hot tub on the decking and fabulous views of Mt Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi.
