As soon as you step foot into this home, you won’t want to leave!!! Every inch of the home is immaculate. All the finishes are top of the line, and make you feel as if you’re in complete luxury at every turn. Sunlight in every room, spacious yard and plenty of balcony space on the top levels. You won’t find better in Tunis. My family and I are truly in love with this home. A beautiful house where it was more than nice to stop for a few days with the family! Very nice garden for meals from morning to night. Very spacious and tastefully decorated house. We didn't miss a thing. Slim, Emna's daddy welcomed us with open arms, entrusting us with his home and taking the time to take a tour of the neighborhood with us when we arrived to spot the good places. Great contact with Emna via messages too, she was very responsive and nice! Easy to reach Tunis center by taxi (or even by car then on foot), as well as the northern suburbs of tunis (Carthage, sidi Bou, la marsa...), or to reach the main roads to go further south or go in the direction of Bizerte. Lively neighborhood with everything you need nearby, but quiet house. Nothing to say, everything was perfect, go there with your eyes closed! Thank you again!

This Airbnb exceeded all expectations! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could ask for. The outdoor space was a peaceful retreat, perfect for unwinding. The location was ideal—quiet yet close to everything. Madame Fathia was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making our stay even better. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

Rented to accommodate part of my family for my wedding, the Villa proposed by Samira did more than meet our expectations. Well equipped and maintained, it has above all a real charm with many mosaics and magnificent stained glass windows. Samira was also a quality host for both her availability and kindness. Finally, in terms of positioning, you will have to take taxis or rent a car to get around, but the placement of the Villa means that the tourist areas (Marsa, Carthage, Sidi Bou Said and even the city center) are rather quick to access. No doubt that I recommend the Villa for a good stay in Tunis.

Faouzia was an exceptional host! Both by his hospitality and his sympathy. During the home visit, she made us feel at home. She has been a valuable tip for knowing where to eat and where to walk. The house is in a strategic location to be able to go to gammarth or sidi bou said. You can come with your hands in the pockets Faouzia takes care of everything. The pool is very well maintained and the house is very well-equipped. Everything is in perfect working condition. I would recommend it 10000% and would definitely be back!

Great stay, I recommend! Beautiful house and even better than in the photos. Very clean, super well-equipped, comfortable bedding and a great pool. We loved the calm and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for disconnecting. The outdoor area is great for spending evenings with friends or family. Ben Ali was lovely and very available. I'll preface this by saying I'm an American. I don't speak French. I've never been to Tunisia before. None of that kept Hassen from wanting to help us or from taking care of us. Hassen and his team were amazing. The place is wonderful and having access to the Club's amenities is a huge bonus. I would come back and stay here again in a heartbeat. Hassen was communicative and helped us with some special requests centering around our very young children. The view from the upper balcony is incredible. I can't recommend enough staying here, especially for the very reasonable price.

The views were incredible from this home on the Mediterranean Sea! The accommodations were comfortable and clean and we had all that we needed. Would definitely love to return some day.

We had a pleasant stay in this large house! Spacious and very well equipped, it offers all the comforts necessary for a stay with family or friends. The private pool without a view is a real plus, ideal for relaxing at any time of the day. The location is perfect: the house is located in a quiet neighborhood while being close to all amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, cafes) and only a few minutes' walk from the beach. An excellent starting point to discover La Marsa, Sidi Bou Saïd and the surrounding area. We particularly enjoyed the garden, the sunny terrace, the many bathrooms as well as the fully equipped kitchen. My mother and aunt felt at home. The hosting was warm and professional. I recommend this house without hesitation for a peaceful and successful vacation by the sea!

Very good weekend in Aicha's beautiful house. The house is actually even more beautiful than the photos. Aicha was very welcoming and made our arrival very easy. Finally, Moussa, who keeps the house, is adorable. The house is not far from the dynamic neighborhoods but everything is very well done in taxis at very affordable rates.

Hamza's accommodation is faithful to the description, quiet, close to the city center and the beach. Hamza's family occupies the floor, they are charming, discreet and very helpful people. Hamza is a very welcoming host, available and very easily reachable. We had a very pleasant stay, enjoying the pool and the beach and we had the pleasure of discovering Tunis (Gammart, La Marsa, Sidi bousaid, La goulette) with the explanations of Hamza's dad who guided us on this visit 😀 The nearby train station allows you to reach the center of Tunis in 45 minutes for those who are not transported for less than 2 euros per person round trip There is a nice pine forest 5 min walk from the accommodation that leads to a beautiful beach for those who like to walk (30 min to cross it), the effort is worth it.... I highly recommend this accommodation to all people who love authenticity and tranquility. Thank you for everything Hamza and your dear parents 🤗
