Pet-friendly holiday rentals in La Haye

My family of five (three of them young children) stayed here for a few days during a three week journey around Europe. It’s been a lifelong dream of mine to visit the D-Day sites and this home made our stay 100% enjoyable. It is my favorite AirBnB I have ever stayed in. It was perfectly clean, had everything we could have thought we needed, and the location was absolutely perfect. Thank you for letting us stay in such an amazing place!

Charming house, beautiful environment!

We had a very nice family stay at Géraldine's place which is ideally located: we went to the beach on foot every day and we took full advantage of the access to the heated pool as well as the bar (yummy the waffles and ice cream), the children's playground and the educational farm at the nearby partner campsite. The sunny weather only enhanced the experience. The deckchairs and garden furniture on the terrace are a real plus! As well as the many toys made available for children. They had a great time, we felt like we were at home. Not to mention the large amount of dishes made available in the accommodation. Friendly and very pleasant stay!

David is a great host, he answered all our questions quickly and clearly. He welcomed us and showed us the house and we were delighted. The house is wonderful, very well equipped. The environment too, we will surely repeat.

La Petite Rucgueville is located in a very quiet piece of nature, which was perfect for us. The dogs could romp in the garden and our daughter could also play there well. The layout of the house is very successful, a terrace that directly adjoins the kitchen is perfect. Since towels and bed linen are available and the beds were even made, the holiday could start immediately. Merci Hélène!

Very nice well decorated accommodation. The welcome was very good, the house tidy, and comfortable to stay in. Everything seemed to us to have a good stay. Thank you for the little touches, it's really very nice when you just arrived, you feel a little more at home.

We had a pleasant weekend in this wonderful little cocoon, which is very nice and where it is good to live. Everything you need is there to have a wonderful stay.

We had a great time in this cozy little nest that is Mathilde's house, absolutely as described. Mathilde is kind and very responsive. Good weather was waiting for you. What happiness!

What can I say? It would be a lie to tell you that no one expected such a place, a house worthy of our dreams for a family home. The photos are already incredible, but seeing it in real life is magnificent. We rented this Airbnb for a weekend to extend a cousin reunion. We came from Paris, 4 hours away, but the aches and pains and fatigue were quickly forgotten in this paradise. The jacuzzi, the pool, the deckchairs and the sun made this stay sublime. Thank you to the hosts who were responsive, attentive and also for the many small touches that pleased our group of 15. We'll be back for sure. Thank you Flora!

The house is adorable - beautifully renovated with all you need (swimming pool, kitchen equipment, pool table, etc). The location is great, directly at the sea-side with hardly any other people, for which it felt like a private beach. Also a nice walk along the shore to Granville. We would definitely recommend this place!

We really enjoyed staying at Veronique's place. It was a cozy and a quaint, yet beautiful space with a nice scent/fragrance, and all of the items/amenities that we needed for our two-night stay near Omaha Beach. The kitchen was very well-stocked, with almost anything that you could need, from honey to jams and preserves. Veronique brings fresh croissants and bread to the room each day; the fridge was pre-stocked with orange juice, several varieties of milk, and yoghurt, as well as butters and ham and cheese, and eggs. We managed to not only eat a great breakfast each day but also to have lunch from the supplied bread and ham and butter. This went above and beyond our expectations - and it was a huge plus, because it is a rural area and a drive would be required to get to a bakery or to town. We also really enjoyed the bathrobes, the very comfortable bed, and the lovely linens on the bed. Everything was convenient and comfortable. The water pressure excellent and lots of hot water.

A practical, well-equipped and soberly decorated accommodation, ideally located on the port of Grandcamp, in a perfectly secure residence. Everything is within walking distance, restaurants, shops and the beach...

The address was a bit misleading the app said 46 and it is actually 50. However the decor, beautiful gardens and a very friendly local cat made the place a delight to stay in. A quirky property full of character.

We had an amazing stay at Regine and Eric’s idyllic property, they could not have done more to make us feel welcome. The property is bursting with character and has all necessary facilities. The grounds are beautiful and the swimming pool was the icing on the cake. We can’t wait to return. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had a pleasant stay in Barneville. The location is ideal: everything is within walking distance (restaurants, the beach, the harbor, hiking trails...)! I particularly appreciated the impeccable management of the concierge who sends you all the useful information and informs you very quickly if you need it (check-in and checkout independently possible). The listing description is perfectly compliant and is very well-equipped. The small terrace is nice for breakfast in the sun. We were able to enjoy the calm (we barely noticed the other vacationers). In addition, we loved the pool and games room which are available until 10pm: this is the best when traveling with children. Thank you for everything.

Damien was such a great host. He happened to be grabbing dinner the same time we came into town so we stopped at the same pizza place. He offered to take my husband and kids to the house a few km away and then came back for me as I was waiting for the pizza. This was so thoughtful after a long 9-10 hour drive with a lot of children. He was so kind and personable. Super proactive and offered suggestions in the area. He really went above and beyond. His house was perfect for our needs as a large family and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house was exact as described. everything was in good working order. Nothing was broken or falling apart. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

The accommodation was impeccable. We stayed there with our 2 children who slept in a pull-out bed. We had fresh air in the house despite the heatwave. Very friendly hosts.

We had an excellent stay at the loft. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had. The loft is exactly as seen in the photos. The place was very clean and tidy, plenty of hot water for an excellent shower. Seating outside was good in sun and shade. BBQ was good. The town with cafe, supermarket 2 bakery’s and 3 butchers was within a 2 minute walk. We would recommend the loft. Plenty to do and see in the surrounding area. Thank you for an excellent stay

Idyllic setting, 🤩a more than relaxing stay. It's green, it's calm, it's the perfect place to disconnect... It's a treat to cycle along these little country roads. Accommodation as described, perfectly equipped and impeccably clean. Recommended 👍

Beautiful apartment with character, clear and spacious facing the island of Tatihou. Quiet and central, everything is done to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Carefully decorated. Nathalie knows how to host perfectly and also accepts pets. Our Popeye also enjoyed the beautiful Cotentin region.

I originally booked for two nights but decided to extend my stay by another two nights. Vincent was quick to reply to my request and the extra booking was made very promptly. The house was beautiful, very well equipped throughout and spacious but the garden was the 'star of the show' with views across the countryside. During my stay, Vincent had heard about a possible problem with power in the area. He emailed to check that we were fine and whether we had had a problem - which we had not. The Super-U supermarket and petrol station are conveniently located just a few minutes away and it was handy to have a generous off-road parking space (actually 2) just a few feet from the front door. There is just one word of caution - the stairs up to the first floor are quite steep and the top step is just a little narrower than the others. Not a problem as there is a handrail but just something to be aware of. Otherwise, thank you Vincent, for a lovely stay in your beautiful home.

We spent 5 very relaxing and refreshing days by the fire. Everything was great for a family trip. Just be careful, for dog owners that only the courtyard is perfectly closed, the large lot in the back of the house is not. Just be vigilant and your dog will be able to run and enjoy the space. Thanks again to Pierre for this timeless break!
