Maison idéalement située entre terre et mer. A 15 min de La Rochelle. Tous les commerces sont à votre porte. Très fonctionnelle. Belle pièce de vie, cuisine équipée, cellier, salle d'eau, WC séparé, 3 belles chambres avec placards dont 1 non attenante. Large terrasse ombragée par un store.
