House ideally located between land and sea. 15 min from La Rochelle. All shops are at your doorstep. Very functional. Beautiful living room, equipped kitchen, pantry, shower room, separate toilet, 3 beautiful bedrooms with closets including 1 not attached. Wide terrace shaded by a blind.
