Holiday rentals with a fireplace in la Jolla Shores Beach

We stayed for 3 days for a graduation weekend and the location was great. Close to the beach and local coffee spot. We had 2 parking spots and plenty of space. The pool was heated which was nice and we did use it once, was too cold to use daily. Loved the wrap around patio on the third floor with great views. Communication was great.

Beautiful rental. The sunset views were spectacular. Would definitely stay there again. We didn’t want to leave!

My family and I were very excited because we were traveling to SD to meet my biological father for the first time since finding him almost 3 years ago. We chose Shawn's BnB because we instantly fell in love with the shaded and secluded backyard. We enjoyed our stay and it served as a great place to chill out, relax, and get to know my dad while playing a few card/board games. The cheery on top was the fabulous weekend weather, which was 40+ degrees cooler than our home in Phoenix, AZ.

This place literally felt like paradise. If you didn’t know you were in San Diego, you would feel like you’re in Hawaii! The backyard was so beautiful that we spent the majority of our time out there in the pool, hot tub, and tiki bar! The upstairs patio was fantastic for outdoor eating. The hosts were super communicative with any questions we had prior to and during our visit! We definitely can’t wait to stay again in the future!

We had a lovely few days at the apartment. Location is great as walkable to Bird Rock and La Jolla and the gorgeous Windansea beach is at the end of the road. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped with extras such as beach towels. We had lots of use out of the roof terrace and hot tub and enjoyed the quiet residential location. Although you can walk to a few local places, a car is definitely recommended. Worth noting that the car parking space is located behind the property on a separate lane.

We loved Max's place. Big open room concept and walkable to many restaurants in the neighborhood. Loved the outdoor area as well.

Nick's place was amazing. It was walking distance to the beach and plenty of excellent food options. The home was clean and spacious. We had 4 adults and 3 children, and there was plenty of space. Nick was kind and very accommodating.

Can’t beat the view from the top deck! Great location and layout of home. Would definitely book again.

We had a great stay at Laura’s place! It was an awesome location! We loved the vibe and the at home feel. Everything we needed was provided. Beds were super comfortable, and the entire place was very clean. Having a parking space was also very convenient! Laura was really attentive to any questions, and I can tell that the comfort level of her guests matters to her. Would definitely stay here again!

The location was great, close to many restaurants and shops, great ocean breeze, great ocean view from the room, beautiful grounds, and 5 minutes from my sons house on Camp Pendleton!

Very comfortable place and accessible to many places

I really loved staying here. I would definitely stay here again. close to the beach and food place nearby. The only thing I wish they would change is the couches. They are not very comfortable for relaxing in after a long day. I loved the patio area I opened the door any enjoyed the weather. The only AC unit is in the living room but they do have fans in both rooms.

I wish I had more than 1000 characters because this place was incredible! The history in Barrio-Logan was unmatched compared to staying in the Gaslamp area. Hector left great recommendations, had a clean and spacious area, and was so responsive and flexible with check in! Couldn’t recommend this Airbnb or host more.

Julian’s place was wonderfully serene and tastefully decorated. We appreciated the quiet and efficient AC in the master bedroom as well as the soft sheets.

It’s much closer to the beach than we expected, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves each night was pure magic. The location is perfect—walking distance to great coffee spots and restaurants. This home was perfect for our intergenerational family gathering. There was space (and enough bathrooms) to accommodate all of us without being in each other's way but also being able to gather in our larger family group when needed. The location with views of the mountains was relaxing and reenergizing for the holiday with family members coming from all over. Although there were various spaces throughout the house, the kitchen area was a definite gathering space and accommodated well for people to be together and doing different things: cooking and preparing a meal, sitting and chatting, working on a laptop, reading in the family room not too far away. I appreciated the communication prior, throughout, and after our stay.

Our extended family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beautiful, clean, and well-equipped AirBnb. The AirBnb is thoughtfully designed with lots of lux features. It is conveniently located close to activities around the area and had everything we needed to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The family enjoyed the pool, sauna, gym, and spacious kitchen and living areas — something for everyone! It was super helpful to have access to a washer and dryer and we noticed there were high chairs, a pack and play, and a stroller for those with younger kids. We highly recommend!

Liam and Mia were lovely! They were very communicative and responsive to all my inquiries before and during our stay. The place was immaculate and everything exceeded our expectations. There were also plenty of extra towels and comforters, which was a big plus for our group of 10. Definitely recommend!

This was a beautiful place overlooking the airport and water! It was really cool to watch airplanes take off and land from the living room. The host was super nice and very responsive. I’d definitely come back here :)

The house is beautiful! The property is even better in person. The house is set up great has everything you need. The backyard is huge and beautiful. Great space to relax and spend most of your time. This villa was perfect for our wedding weekend at Mt Woodson Castle. It was only 4 minutes away! All amenities we could possibly need was provided. The view from the back of the villa was breathtaking. There were 2 jacuzzis that we wished we had time to use. Would definitely want to return again someday to just relax and enjoy the villa. The hosts were super friendly and responsive. Villa was easy to find thanks to very detailed instructions from the hosts.
