Exterior holiday flat on the first floor located a few metres from the beach in a typical fishing village, where you can taste the fish of the day. It is located very close to the centre of the village and the seaside boulevard to walk and enjoy the marvellous view. As you can see in the photographs the flat is designed for one or two couples to relax and enjoy an ideal holiday. It consists of two en-suite bedrooms with bathrooms, a living room with open plan kitchen and a spectacular outdoor terrace on the front line to enjoy pleasant dinners or breakfasts with amazing sea views. The small fishing village is called La Lajita and its microclimate makes it particularly pleasant; its beach is very quiet and from the master bedroom on warm nights you can sleep with the gentle sound of the Atlantic in the background. Nearby there are places of great scenic interest and incredible endless deserted beaches.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.
