Muy completo el departamento, contaba con varios elementos, de cocina limpieza e higiene personal, que son muy útiles sobre todo si la estadía es corta. Los anfitriones súper atentos y predispuestos, nos dejaron mover el horario de check out lo que nos fue muy útil para aprovechar nuestro paso por Buenos Aires, sin dudas volvería

Very nice, modern and clean apartment in a very nice neighbourhood with a lot of nice restaurants and coffee and fashion shops. We really enjoyed staying in this apartment!

Our recent stay at this elegant apartment in Buenos Aires was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the apartment's charm and its truly wonderful location, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The host was exceptionally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and responding promptly to any questions. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night's sleep after our days of sightseeing. We did encounter some minor issues with the apartment's temperature during our stay, but we were very pleased with how efficiently this was managed by the host. Their quick response and effective resolution ensured our comfort was restored without delay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!

The apartment is very well equipped and is very suitable for a long-term stay. It was clean and felt cosy. I would definitely stay there again. The gym had the equipment exactly as shown in the pictures. They close some time in the evening for the night (22 or 23), so just make sure to double check this from reception before, if needed. The laundry room is open 24h and is well equipped. You either need Argentina phone number for the mobile app or tokens. I used SMS Virtual app to fake the phone number. The host was very responsive and answered quickly, even though he was not in the country and couldn't assist directly. The area is well guarded and secure. I recommend.

Estuve una noche y la experiencia fue excelente. El departamento está muy bien ubicado, en una zona tranquila de Palermo pero cerca de todo. Limpio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario para una estadía corta. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y clara. Lo recomiendo sin dudas.

Pasamos 4 días maravillosos en Familia. Disfrutamos los días al aire libre aprovechando la parrilla y las actividades del lugar. Todos quedamos encantados con el lugar, superó las expectativas. El barrio tiene una hermosa flora y fauna. Lau respondió todas las dudas y consultas que tenía, así como también nos ayudo con las instrucciones e invitaciones para la familia. La casa estaba impecable, ordenada y súper equipada. Gracias por confiar en nosotros. Esperamos poder volver!

Me contacte a último momento por una cancelación de otro alojamiento, su respuesta fue rapidísima!! El lugar hermoso por donde se mire! La vista del jardín impecable, la casa muy grande y cómoda. Las habitaciones todas en suite, una distribución muy buena. Cocina completa. Un comedor enorme donde pudimos compartir mucho tiempo (éramos 11). Parrilla completa. Galería exterior muy equipada. Muy buen gusto! Animales. Cabalgata. Gracias Simón por tu atención! Sin dudas esperamos poder volver pronto!!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful, spacious, and artfully decorated home. The high ceilings, wood floors, and natural light made it feel airy and calm. The setting was very peaceful—no traffic noise—and we appreciated the newer appliances and thoughtful design touches. A few practical issues stood out: the toaster didn’t work properly, and there was a rusted honing rod and steak knife in the drawer. While we appreciated the stainless steel pan, the nonstick one was scratched and worn. The white couch was extremely firm, and the bathroom door in the master bedroom wouldn’t stay closed. Still, these were minor things in the grand scheme, and we’re confident the owners can address them easily. With a few updates, this place could be truly exceptional. We’d gladly come back to enjoy its charm, quiet, and natural light again.

This spacious home had everything we needed as a family of three. We were also able to use the private parking, even though we have a larger vehicle. Laura and her husband were very helpful and responsive with everything we needed. It was a quiet and secure place to rest.

La pasamos excelente, el espacio es hermoso y Teresa como anfitriona fue más que atenta. Ya queremos volver.

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

Excelente! Es tal cual se ve en las fotos y mejor. Pasamos un mes en la casa de Nicolas, cuenta con todas las comodidades y es una zona muy tranquila. Nicolas es muy amable y siempre estuvo atento. Volveremos!

La atención fue de primera, el departamento supero las expectativas. Es mas grande de lo que se ve por fotos. muy tranquilo el edificio, a la hora de descansar no hubo ruidos molestos. Felicitas siempre estuvo en contacto y a disposición de lo que se necesite. los voy a volver a elegir sin dudas.

Desde el momento en que hicimos la reserva, mi novia y yo nos sentimos muy bien recibidos. Nuestra experiencia en el departamento de Amilcar fue excelente. El lugar estaba impecable: limpio, ordenado, cómodo y exactamente como se muestra en las fotos. Se nota el cuidado y la dedicación en cada detalle. Tanto Amilcar como Beatriz, quien también forma parte del equipo, fueron anfitriones excepcionales. Amilcar estuvo siempre atento, cordial y muy claro en la comunicación. Beatriz nos recibió con mucha amabilidad y estuvo siempre disponible, con gran predisposición para ayudarnos en lo que necesitáramos. Sin dudas, volveríamos a elegir este alojamiento. ¡Altamente recomendable!

El alojamiento es hermoso y todo salió de maravilla! Para tener en cuenta por estos meses de remodelación , yo me imaginé que era algo de pintura pero es algo más grande por lo que hay ruido de martillos y escombros por lo que si tienen que trabajar con videollamadas como fue mi caso es bastante complicado pero una vez que terminen o si solo vas a estar para dormir es espectacular y se duerme súper bien ! ( a las 8 y media empiezan los arreglos ) Una vez que terminen hagan el final de obra el lugar es una maravilla ✨ Espero les sirva de ayuda !

Estadia impecável, apartamento muito limpo, arejado, amplo e climatizado. Destaque especial aos quartos, com uma bela cama e roupas de camas de otima qualidade além de cortinas blackout, dificil de encontrar em BA, juntos ao silêncio extremo do local, favorece noites de sono perfeitas. Banheiro tb merece atenção positiva, amplo, limpo e bonito, sem aquelas banheiras antigas e cortinas de plástico. Enfim, ótima localização, próximo a vários restaurantes, confeitarias e comercios de palermo, pra quem gosta de caminhar, vale a caminhada pelo bairro até chegar no parque de palermo. Luisa foi muito gentil e prestativa. Tudo nota 10.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Gonzalo was very responsive and gave great recommendations. The apartment was clean and as described. The building was beautiful. The location is close to Armenia park which has great bars and restaurants to try. Would stay again!
