I offer a room of 11 square meters in a T3 of 57m3, located in Marcq-en-Barœul. The apartment is located 15 minutes from Lille (10 minutes by bus and 5 minutes on foot from the bus stop). The apartment is close to shops (Paul bakery, McDonald's, Match supermarket ...). This room is available for short or long periods, both for professional and personal reasons. You can come alone or as a couple (large double bed).

You will enter through the ping pong room which you can enjoy, the studio is upstairs. If you don't have time, I can do your shopping for breakfast. for 5 € per person. You have 1 Nespresso machine and capsules, tea, cocoa, kettle, toaster, microwave oven etc. I accept animals. 2 dogs live here.
