Condo holiday rentals in La Madeleine, Nice

This lovely home was an absolute oasis for our family! The view is stunning, everything was spotless, the beds were so comfortable and the bathroom was like a spa. We booked absolute last minute and Corinne could not have been more accommodating. She went above and beyond, showing us where to park and walking us through not only the home but the entire complex, from the pool to the beach access. If you have a chance to stay here, you must! Double sliding doors open up to a large balcony with so much seating and a fabulous beach view. Home was super quiet and private. We would not have changed a thing. Corinne suggested we visit the village Saint Paul de Vence which was spectacular. She is the kindest and most helpful host we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting, we can’t speak highly enough about her! Our entire experience here was a joy! Thank you, Corinne!

お部屋も清潔でチェックイン時間も早く対応してくれて良かった。海にも徒歩で行けて電車もバスも近くアクセスが良かった。

Stéphane est un excellent hôte! À l’écoute de nos besoins, il répond vite à nos demandes. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Nice🐬. Dès notre arrivée, il nous a conseillé des incontournables de la ville !🏙️ Nous trouvions qu’il manquait de coussins pour le lit, Stéphane est vite venu nous apporter des coussins neufs! Merci!!!!!

L’appartement est situé dans un quartier calme et est très bien équipé. Les instructions sont très claires pour y accéder . Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour d’autant que le tram est proche , ce qui facilite les visites

L’appartement était très propre et conforme aux photos. L’hôte a été extrêmement réactif et serviable tout au long du séjour. L’emplacement est idéal : à deux pas du centre-ville, de la mer et de toutes les commodités. Le logement est calme, bien équipé et parfaitement situé. Je recommande vivement !

This apartment truly made our stay in Nice absolutely magical. The communication was fantastic, the size of the apartment and the amenities were so comfortable. It felt like a home and away from home. Everything was very close by Uber as well, with all the tows and Monaco just a short drive from the apartment. Thea was incredibly lovely and attentive to all our needs. She was close by to help us check in and out, the apartment size was comfortable, everything was very clean and modern and it had a fantastic view with great amenities close by like a supermarket, a coffee shop and a pizza shop. We loved having a washing machine and a kitchen in the apartment, with a beautiful view to relax and enjoy the best vista of Nice. We will absolutely stay here again, thank you so much for being such wonderful hosts!

Lovely apartment looking out over the trees and forest. Great terass that we used a lot. Apartment had everything we needed and it was well equipped. Easy instructions for the check in. The approach to the property is a bit difficult from the time but well worth it when you get there. Very quiet and nice neighbourhood. Thank you Christine 🙏

Our experience with Khadija's rental exceeded our expectations. The Airbnb itself was adorable and I couldn't get over with how many useful items it included. There were spices and other cooking items to use at our leisure as well as games to play under the TV. The unit also included two TVs and access to Netflix which was great for unwinding at night before bed. The patio was a very nice feature and all the furniture was comfortable. My partner and I actually both slept the best we have in a long time on the bed there! This was our first of 3 Airbnb's during our vacation in France and now that we're back home I can say that this was the only Airbnb that we truly enjoyed. It was comfiest, quietest, cleanest, and had the most amenities. The only downside was the location. We found that there was not good food and not much to do in the area so we had to take transit in order to do anything we had planned for and to eat. Other than that it was an amazing experience!

Rymligt boende som var rent och fint. Perfekt med parkeringen utanför. Kan varmt rekommenderas!

Die Wohnung ist super gemütlich und uns hat die Ausstattung begeistert. Alles, was man zum Kochen braucht, war da. Aber auch Schuhanzieher oder Wäscheständer. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, muss eventuell ein paar Meter weiter fahren und sich mit der App vertraut machen und dann leider alle 2 Stunden die Parkgebühr zahlen; zumindest wir haben im Gratis-Bereich keinen Parkplatz gefunden. Jordi hat uns alles gut erklärt.

Appartement idéal pour un séjour à la mer , logement très propre , idéalement situé à deux pas des commerces . Une piste cyclable ce trouve au bas du logement pour rejoindre Nice ou Antibes. Le logement en lui même est très bien agencé et pratique avec une place de parking privée. La literie est confortable. Je reviendrai sans hésiter. Merci à Mylène et Gilbert.

Petit studio très bien situé, calme, avec une belle vue dégagée et arborée, très proche de la Croisette. Résidence agréable. Dominique est un très bon hôte pour la communication, l'accueil et la réactivité.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Lage: Die Nähe zum schönen Sandstrand, zu Restaurants und zum Supermarkt waren ideal. Kevin war sehr nett und hat uns die schöne Anlage zu Beginn ausführlich gezeigt und viele Tipps gegeben. Dankeschön :-)

Thank you for a wonderful stay!! Your apartment is more beautiful than the photos and such a welcome retreat at the end of the day. Everything was perfect! Communication was excellent, very helpful. The complex is at the top of a steep hill which gives you beautiful view from the balcony. There is a bus stop at the gate so you can get home without the hill climb. Would definitely recommend to stay at Joyce’s apartment, you will not want to leave! Thank you Joyce, we hope to come back again.

John's apartment was the perfect base for a week in the riviera with a young child. We ate breakfast and dinner on the terrace each day, taking advantage of the beautiful view, and finished most days with a dip in the pool. The bus stop outside was ideal for trips to Villefranche, Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu and Monaco, while a short walk past the port took us to the train station for Antibes and Cannes. The apartment was well-appointed, and John was very helpful in coordinating retrieval of a toy our son had dropped onto the balcony below. Alex, the agent, was also on hand to provide local travel advice. One of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in - thanks!

Odilie er veldig vennlig og hjelpsom, vi kom litt før tiden og fikk sette fra oss kofferten og skifte og mottok nøklene før tiden :) Takk , vi kommer gjerne tilbake:)

Valérie was a very good host! She has prepared maps, towels and basket for the beach. The garden was beautiful and the rooms were comfy. It's a little tiring to walk up the hill to the house every day though. Anyway, we had great time there! Merci!

Céline est vraiment sympathique et aidante! Elle répond très rapidement et toujours disponible. Elle s’assure que tout est parfait et qu’il nous manque de rien. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

Wir haben 4 Wochen in einem sehr geplegten Appartment verbracht, das uns viel Platz und Komfort gegeben hat. Die Wohnung können wir sehr empfehlen. Lisa ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin, die immer schnell erreichbar war.

Excellent host and place to stay in Nice! The place is very cozy and got what you need if you are out for a shot vacation in group. Location is a bit far away from the city centre but is beside the highway which is easy to get an uber.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche bei Marie-Jo in ihrer Wohnung in Antibes. Alles was das Herz begehrt ist vorhanden, es fehlt an nichts! Von Kaffeemaschine, Handtücher, Flaschenöffner, Bügelbrett bis Waschmaschine und eine mehr als gut ausgestattete Küche. Der Balkon ist unser Highlight gewesen, der Ausblick reicht bis nach Nizza und weiter bis zu den Alpen - jedes magisch!! Die Wohnung ist 45-55 min zu Fuß bis in die Stadt. Man muss etwas laufen. Es gibt aber auch Fahrräder die man in der Stadt für 10€ den Tag leihen kann, denn Fahrradwege gibt es mehr als genug. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! :)
