Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in La Madeleine, Nice

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect during my visit. The house was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. I truly felt at home and would love to come back. Highly recommended!

Loic and his father are very kind and attentive. When I arrived Loic’s father was there to greet me and when I asked him where a few things were he was kind enough to walk me around. The beach is very close, the neighborhood is quiet, it is a 50minute walk to downtown Nice or a 13 minute drive. The bath was perfect after long days of exploring the riviera. I prefer being away from the hustle and bustle, this was perfectly located. JM burgers is down the hill and I’d enjoy espresso from them every morning.

Thank you very much Philippe for being a great host, the apartment was a perfect place for me and my friend. Walkable to everywhere, accommodating, clean and cozy! Will definitely come back!

Wir sind als Paar verreist und hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung und der Ausblick sind wirklich traumhaft. Guillaume hat uns alles zur Verfügung gestellt, was wir brauchten, und auch der späte Check-in war problemlos möglich. Beim nächsten Nizza-Besuch werden wir definitiv wieder bei Guillaume buchen.

Sylvain and Clara were brilliant hosts. They sent lots of instructions before arriving which were slightly difficult to figure out but they were so responsive and replied to any concerns very quickly helping fix that issue. The place was lovely and clean and had everything you needed in it. Everything we wanted was walking distance from the apartment and very close to the train station.

Un séjour parfait du début à la fin ! Le logement est encore mieux que sur les photos : propre, bien décoré, et très confortable. On s’y sent comme à la maison . L’emplacement est top, proche de tout ce qu’il faut et surtout de la mer Mention spéciale à marc qui a été hyper réactif, disponible et attentionné , merci pour l’accueil chaleureux au téléphone et les petites attentions qui font toute la différence ! ( on pourrait croire que l on est à l hôtel ) Une arrivée autonome super bien expliqué par photos en message Je recommande les yeux fermés et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

We stayed with Anne-Marie for 5 nights. The place was amazing and her and Andre took great care of us. I got tree sap on my shorts one day and they cleaned them for me because I was having trouble. The fridge had some essentials to get us started in our stay and they gave us eggs as well one day. They were great people who were very kind and helpful.

Appartement fidèle à la description et aux photos. Nous avions tout ce qu'il fallait sur place. Hôtes accueillants et disponibles. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Vraiment bien! Les hotes ont été très disponibles pour notre arrivée. Joli petit logement, très conforme aux photos, le jardin est charmant. Il est situé à deux pas de la gare et de la mer. Je recommande.

My group of 4 enjoyed an 8 day stay at Jen's place in late May. The home is in Cimiez, a pleasant residential area on the hill above Nice. The home is only a 15-minute walk from the beach and offers a quiet and beautiful oasis from the town. The garden is extensive and delightful, much more impressive in person. The main home is spacious and well equipped, and there is also a second smaller home. This worked well for our group of 2 couples. Jen is a very kind and responsive host; you have found a rare gem in the Airbnb world.

We a great time at Christophe's place! It was so beautiful and peaceful. There were lots of local restaurants and his wife kindly gave us a recommendation for somewhere to eat seafood. She was especially lovely because she allowed me to practice my limited French! Christophe's son took us out on his boat for snorkeling and exploring the Cote D'Azur- a truly unforgettable experience! Thanks everyone!

Très beau petit appartement au calme, bien agencé avec une vue panoramique exceptionnelle. Aisha, toujours très accueillante et serviable avec toujours ces petites attentions envers ses hôtes. Forcément nous reviendrons.

Sehr schön gelegenes Haus, sehr gute Ausstattung. Gastgeber immer erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr schöner Pool, alles in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Dame, die uns begrüßt hat, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Rundum schöner Urlaub!

Caroline’s house is beautiful. She was very helpful throughout our stay and made this a very memorable vacation for us. We were a group of 9, and traveled with a baby. She set up a crib and chair for her, made sure everything was comfortable and checked in on us. I would highly recommend her house and would easily go back again!

Morgan is a very responsive host and his apartment is stunning. The scenery and view from the balcony is incredible. There are 2 comfortable bedrooms with double beds in each, easily enough room for a party of 6. Check-in and Check-out were extremely smooth (a massive thanks to Morgan's father for helping us check in earlier). You'll feel right at home and welcomed, I look forward to booking again when I next visit Nice.

Très bon accueil, hôtes réactifs et gentil. L’appartement était accueillant, très bien agencé et bien équipé.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Joelle. L’appartement est bien équipé et bien situé pour aller à la plage ou prendre les transports. La résidence est calme et bien sécurisée, le parking souterrain est un vrai plus car il est très difficile de stationner à Nice en été. Nous avons pu voyager avec notre chat qui a beaucoup apprécié la petite terrasse et le balcon. Lors d’un prochain séjour à Nice nous reprendrons cet appartement sans hésiter! Merci!!

Excelente calidad precio. Apartamento muy grande, muy bien cuidado, con todo muy limpio y ordenado. La zona es inmejorable con la playa y el centro cercanos, y el tram para el aeropuerto justo al lado, con calles con aparcamiento público (de pago) ahí mismo. Ascensor que siempre estuvo funcionando a la perfección. Los electrodomésticos son modernos y bien mantenidos. ¡Los hosts tuvieron siempre una comunicación maravillosa! A nivel personal, me incomodó el colchón a muelles (algo duro en cuanto tienes algún problema de espalda o cuello), pero dormí en el sofá, es muy cómodo jaja

Céline est vraiment sympathique et aidante! Elle répond très rapidement et toujours disponible. Elle s’assure que tout est parfait et qu’il nous manque de rien. Le logement est très propre et la vue est superbe. L’épicerie juste en bas de l’immeuble est super pratique et il y a beaucoup de chose. Je recommande ce logement Merci encore Céline

La casa è molto vicino stazione, vicino fermata di l’autobus, vicino tutto.

A great flat just same as picture even better in person. Proactive hosts and frequently texted me to make sure everything. Loved the pool for residents. Sadly didn’t have chance to go to a beach close by. But it wasn’t good location if you don’t have car. Spent much money and time for the buses and train. Took 20mins by walk to go to Antibes station. And sometimes 620 bus comes every 30minutes/1h from Nice after evenings. But calmer and private place. It was a great deal. Highly recommended if they have a car even if you don’t, still a good deal.
