Beautifully located a 2 minute walk from the Rio Genil river and Canales Lake and a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the nice mountain village of Guejar Sierra, the house makes a great base for exploring the highly variable local area at all times of year. 30mins drive to the ski resort or Granada city and 1hrs drive to the beach.

El ambiente acogedor con una decoración llena de detalles, invitan a pasar unos días de tranquilidad y sosiego en Capileira. La casita fue originalmente la cuadra de una casa familiar y ha sigo cuidadosamente rehabilitada. Las ventanas de Climalit han sido instaladas en Septiembre del 2017, igual que el termo de agua caliente y cocina vitrocerámica.

Detached house with 150m2 of patio and garden in two terraces and small private pool. The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

You'll love my place because it's the perfect place to spend a few quiet days and enjoy pleasant walks along the Mamut route. My place is good for couples, families (with children), and pets. The owners live near the farmhouse for any incidents or needs. Accommodation for a maximum of 4 people, although an additional sofa bed can be prepared. The pool is for the exclusive use of guests, it is not shared and is operational from April to October

GOLF BOOST

The house is inside the Las Gabias golf course (Granada). It is a quiet place where you can enjoy a few days of relaxation and at the same time practice your golf swing if you love the sport. Recently renovated bathrooms, air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi, simply and comfortably decorated, private parking. It is located 10 km from downtown Granada, 40 minutes from Sierra Nevada ski resort, and 50 minutes from the beach.
