Holiday House in Calblanque Natural Park

The house is located in the heart of the Natural Park of Calblanque, in the town or place of Cobaticas. The beaches of the park are about 15 minutes walk and 5 by car or bus from the house. The access to the Park is through a road that alternates stretches of land and asphalt. Although Cobaticas does not have any commerce or service, the town of Los Belones is 5 minutes by car and Cabo de Palos and La Manga del Mar Menor less than 10 minutes away. Cartagena is about 30 minutes away. The house and its situation is especially indicated for people who enjoy and respect the nature and the environment of both the countryside and the beach of a Natural Park. The exceptional location of the house makes it have some peculiarities. As the water network does not reach the population, the supply is through the water company's tanks that are distributed in the tanks or cisterns of each house for their supply; due to this, the water pressure in the house is variable but more than enough to cover all the basic cleaning and cleaning needs. Depending on weather factors, there is not always good TV, 4G and telephone signal.

Naturaleza y Playa en Cala del Pino. RELAJACIÓN.

Excelente vivienda privada a 10 metros de la playa Cala del Pino es ideal para cualquier época del año al contar con 220 dias de sol anuales. Mas servicios adicionales como opción de kayaks, bicicletas, traslados desde aeropuertos, etc, etc. La vivienda, aunque es la más cercana a la playa, no está adaptada para minusválidos ya que existen unas amplias escaleras exteriores ajardinadas con unos 18 peldaños desde la playa hasta el apartamento. Beaches less than 50 meters away, both those of the Mediterranean Sea and those of the Mar Menor.
