Playa La Mision is located on the most beautiful beach in Baja about half way between Rosarito and Ensenada. Also just south of Baja Studios where such films as Titanic and Master Commander were filmed. Enjoy fabulous sunsets from the huge new patio, or build a bonfire on the beach directly below, while sipping margaritas and enjoying the sights of things like dolphins and horses, and the sounds of the crashing waves. Low tides are great for clamming right, then throw them on the BBQ.

Baja Surf & Sk8 Apt #1 with mini ramp & skatebowl

Beautiful property as a whole! It all felt really homey. There’s 4 sweet pups that greet you when you pull up (& they’re all real friendly). The apartment itself was a lot bigger than I anticipated, which was a pleasant surprise. Denise was also super responsive & reliable, we didn’t have the chance to meet but I felt really comfortable knowing she was a text away if we had any questions or issues. Two things I would say— 1. You should have a car that can go off-roading if you’re staying here. It’s a pretty steep incline on a single lane dirt road, & it’s real bumpy. My Honda CRV did the job but my tires were still slipping in some areas. 2. Where the road forks, go down the middle/center road with arrows. We got lost a few times before we figured out which route was correct. Some of the place markers included in the instructions weren’t visible/clear as we neared the house, but then again, maybe we were just tired. Overall, very satisfied with our stay! 🤍

My stay at Fiona’s was absolutely wonderful. Peaceful, rejuvenating, relaxing and so much more. Amazing views of wild life and natural beauty. I felt right at home! Me and my parents stayed at Rachel's place over the weekend. It had a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony and bedrooms. My dad very much enjoyed the vinyl selection! The kitchen is spacious and is conveniently stocked. The heaters in the bedroom worked well and we had pleasant rest. We would stay here again!

Super comfy condo, really well furnished and felt like an actual home. Everything was stocked, even with stuff you didn’t know you’d want. The views from both the condo and the building's rooftop were great. Leslie was a fantastic host, responsive and genuinely accommodating. Security at the front gate was chill and it felt safe the whole time. The location made it super convenient to head down to Valle de Guadalupe or up to the busier parts of Rosarito. If this place is available, grab it!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect, peaceful enough to relax after a long day. We especially loved the cozy fireplace and the scenic view in the rooftop. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

Romantic Casita by the Sea!

The place had everything we needed. Felt homey, private and comfortable. There was a water issue the first night but Leanne very quickly had it fixed and was quick to communicate with us. It’s very easy to get to and close to Tijuana and Valle de Guadalupe where we spent time. Overall had a great time staying and would definitely love to visit again.
