StAndreu-Guilleries Vilanova Sau Osona Apartment

We are in the heart of Les Guilleries, at 950 m altitude in a "Protected Natural Space". It's a great place to rest and do activities. It is a restored farmhouse, with cozy, updated spaces and a rustic air. The environment allows you to isolate yourself from the world, (9 km of forest track in good condition). The nearest urban center is 18 km away, but it is also close to interesting places to visit (historical, cultural, gastronomic...). The meadow is an extension of the apartment.

This building is part of an old Catalan farmhouse dating back to the early 15th century. It has been renovated in several phases, the last one in 2018. Taking advantage of the perimeter of the main house, the renovation has resulted in an apartment attached to a swimming pool and an attached two-story house. The house and garden complex, plus the surrounding forest, could be defined as a combination of medieval civil architecture, updated with modern materials and design details.

Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

HIGH MOUNTAIN HOUSE WITH CHARM AND COMFORT

Casa Vella Arrero, is a typical mountain house of the XVIII century, completely restored since 2018, where at all times the essence of the typical constructions of the Pyrenees has been wanted, with stone and wood. The house has an innate, rustic and elegant charm where it has been possible to introduce elements of comfort and modernity . The house is all lit through a warm lighting system with LEDs, in line with the rest environment offered by its location.

Les Branques is a one-story cottage that can accommodate 14 people located in the middle of the forest of the Guilleries-Savassona natural area. Located in Sant Julià de Vilatorta, 5 minutes from Vic, 1 hour from Barcelona and 45 minutes from Girona. The house is surrounded by a large garden, ideal for running and walking. Can Mercader II is an exclusive and private accommodation to enjoy nature, views, and the tranquility provided by the Serra Cavallera. We are located in Ogassa, a town with a great history since coal was extracted from its mines in the middle of the century. From here begins the Ruta del Ferro, a bike path that allows you to go to Ripoll, following the old train route. At the top we have the Taga (2035m) that crowns the mountain range.

The Era of Cal Peró is a two-storey house that sleeps two people. On the first floor are the bedroom and the bathroom. An internal staircase leads to the second floor, where the living room, dining room and kitchen are located. The living room has sound equipment and television.
