This renovated, unique and spacious gîte, with an eco-responsible approach, is located 8 minutes from the city center of Chambéry and 6 minutes from the highway. The accommodation has an open private parking lot with 4 spaces, self check-in and high-speed WiFi (fiber) access. A playroom and outdoor playground will delight the little ones. The heated pool (not to be confused with a hot tub), which is shared with the hosts, is open from May to September inclusive, subject to favorable weather.

IMPORTANT: Duplex accommodation with bathroom and toilet on the ground floor. For reasons of comfort and safety, it is more suitable for adults and children over 4 years old who are already independent (no childcare equipment), or for 2 couples. Linens and towels are provided. Cleaning is to be done before leaving, for this products and equipment are provided. Insurance: Provide a vacation insurance certificate. Off-season 2 nights minimum. We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.
