Nos gîtes sont adaptés pour des réunions familiales. Ils ne sont pas adaptés pour des réunions festives entre amis. Dans un parc de 19 ha, au pied d'un château du 17ème siècle. Sa piscine chauffée de 14m de long, et son tennis quick font la joie de tous. Avec ses 3 gîtes chaleureux, la Roseraie accueille jusqu'à 20 personnes sur une même table et la Canarie est équipée pour recevoir des personnes à mobilité réduite. Mares non sécurisées. Piscine partagée avec nos enfants s'ils sont là.

Maison du meunier for a stay in absolute calm!

In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

Located in a rural and agricultural hamlet, on a large wooded and delimited lot, it will satisfy lovers of calm and nature. Our house is not perfect and is marked by time. Wooden beams, terracotta tiles, fireplace... its well-tempered character offers an essential setting and comfort to welcome a few days hosts in search of a change of scenery and rest.

The accommodation consists of two parts separated by 5 m from each other; a 16 m2 private bedroom cottage equipped with a double bed and a raised single bed on one side and a 17 m2 building adjoining our house in which there is a bathroom and a private kitchen/dining area as well. All of which makes up a complete independent accommodation.
