Very nice studio, very nice for the calm that reigns there. Valentin is very responsive to messages and his instructions are clear. A nice intention for my arrival, everything had been thought out so that I did not suffer from the overwhelming heat that had been there all day. I would highly recommend this host ☺️

The apartment is nice, very clean and well located in Clermont. Jean-Christophe is always responsive to answering questions before the stay. I will not hesitate to stay in this apartment again in the event of a new assignment in Clermont.

What can you say when a home is so clean and well maintained We really enjoyed our weekend and the accommodation was part of it. What a surprise when we arrived when it was very hot and to see that we had air conditioning (it was not specified in the description of the property I think). Imagine the joy... In short, to have already stayed in the area it is a very very good value for money! Only small downside: Beware of the very steep staircase that can be dangerous if you're not careful it's really the only downside, the rest is nothing to say.
