Our experience in the apartment was extremely satisfying. Starting with the totally central location a few minutes walk to the nearest beach, downtown and supermarket. We rented between three people and were more than comfortable, the house and everything that included was in very good condition. Sofía is a great Host, very friendly, warm and willing for everything. And also always attentive and quick to answer our queries. A fantastic stay that we recommend and would repeat given the opportunity.

Casa Lapacho is a wonderful place to disconnect from the world. The house is beautiful, private, and near the beach. I spent five days there with my family, and everyone loved the experience. I highly recommend it.

The house is equipped with everything you need to spend a nice stay, one block from the beach, very quiet area to rest, the roofed grill and wood stove give it a plus, added to the green environment. Nicole is always very attentive to everything we asked, without a doubt it is a place to return.

The listing is completely true to reality, even the kitchen was a little more stocked than we expected. We were 7 people and it was very comfortable for everyone as it has several environments and all comfortable. Daniela and Mariela (property manager in La Paloma) were available for minor inquiries or inconveniences. That the house is facing the sea is priceless and is also meters from a beautiful descent so you can go to the sea walking. As a personal appreciation I want to add that the atmosphere was very welcoming to the whole group. Thank you Daniela and Mariela!

Beautiful house a few meters from the beach. Large, bright, modern and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped. Mattresses and pillows are comfortable and clean. Toilets too. The neighborhood is very quiet and Carolina recommended excellent places to go shopping, eat out and discover the area. The house does not have a washing machine but you can leave the clothes in a specialized shop in the village in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon.

Monica's place is amazing. Perfect location, beach-front, modern, beautiful, contemplative and super equipped. Appreciate the sunset of the courtyard of the house, aiming at the sea, is indescribable. Really, a beautiful experience was our stay in this house. Hosts are to be congratulated.

A nice place in a very good location. Its balcony in front with shade, garden and privacy ideal for drinking mate.

We found our place in the world in Facundo's depto: it is located on the beach line in La Balconada, the sunrises and sunsets that entered our living room dining room were unforgettable. Tableware and bedding 10, cleaning 10 in end..... Ahh, and has lounge chairs and umbrella , that's more!!! WE RECOMMEND AND WE WILL BE HAPPY AGAIN.
