This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

This home is encased in floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for outside living to be brought inside. Sunlight pours in, brightening every aspect of this space. And at night-time, you can feel yourself part of the universe, immersed in dozen of constellations.

A large kitchen & the open living and dining area leave nothing to be desired. The roof terrace offers a seating area, outdoor shower and a great view of the sea & with a good view of the Teide in Tenerife. A large barbecue & cozy dining areas invite you to cozy barbecue evenings. You can relax here.

Our sweet little villa was completely renovated and refurbished in 2023/24. It consists of a 40 m² light-flooded large living-dining and cooking area overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the unique desert landscape. A bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and 2 bedside tables overlooking the Atlantic Ocean ensures a feel-good factor A bathroom with window shower, toilet, vanity and mirror cabinet.

Located in an exclusive zone of Lajares right under the volcano ‘Calderón Hondo’. The house consists of two bedrooms, a connecting bathroom, toilet, storage room, kitchen, living room. Wooden deck with outdoor shower and heated pool (6 x 2,5m). Minimalist design with extensive glazing providing great views to one of the most beautiful landscapes of the north of Fuerteventura.

The property and main house were awarded by various architectural newspapers in the 1990s. The newly built garden apartment "Tierra" is bright and cozy. From the bedroom and the private terrace you have a fantastic ocean view. In front of the entrance is the rustic outdoor kitchen embedded in the Canarian garden. The property has a large swimming pool.
