Kid-friendly holiday rentals in La Part-Dieu, Lyon

Quaint, quiet, comfortable. Everything you need is available on foot. Great restaurants and hidden gems nearby. Love that it’s close to the urban park and metro/train. Pull out bed was easy to use and was handy to have a washing machine as we happened to come during a heat wave! Recommend if you’re looking for something quiet and convenient. Perfect for one or a couple.

We had a very good weekend in this accommodation. The people are welcoming and available to the customer if needed. We highly recommend this place whether for its cleanliness, its amenities or its geographical area (located a few minutes from Lyon with public transport 200 meters away).

We had a lovely stay at Roland and his wife's place. The accommodation is clean, functional with lots of small touches (towels, soap, coffee, sugar, condiments, sunbed etc.). The area is very quiet (Auchan 10/15 min walk), bus nearby. The pool was lovely. The little thing to improve is just on the blind that covers the door, it lets in the light so when the sun rises, the room is no longer in the dark and difficult to go back to sleep personally.

We had a very pleasant stay in this tastefully renovated and particularly well-equipped accommodation. The environment is very quiet and allows you to recharge after the days of visiting the city. The bus is 50 meters away and allows you to reach the center of Lyon either directly or by transiting by metro. Communication with the host is excellent and the guide to activities to do and restaurants to discover that he has made is very useful. In short, if you want to spend a few days in Lyon, book this accommodation and you won't be disappointed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Emilie's, the outdoor space and the quiet. We were lucky to have summer weather to enjoy it, but we were too hot upstairs, where the bedroom is. Just a shame we can't get into the accommodation earlier than 5 p.m. But we highly recommend a charming address :)

So many good things to say about this lovely apartment. I really enjoyed home cooking and here is perfect for me, everything is working in the kitchen also very close to a few supermarkets. Location is very good as well so easy to reach out every spots. Definitely I will stay here for next visit. Plus location is very quiet I slept so well which very important for me. I just finished 4 day stay at Christophe's beautiful apartment. Very clean and spacious, with a well stocked full kitchen. The apartment is within walking distance of the old town. I have a wonderful stay. Christophe is a great host and a wonderful person. It was truly a pleasure to meet him.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vianney’s place - ideal for a couple, recently renovated, sparkling clean and looks like the pics! Would definitely recommend!

We loved the place, it's a corner accommodation so with lots of light. Excellent location close to the subway.

Apartment well equipped. Everything very clean. Second sleeping option on the pull-out sofa. - The large balcony, from which you have a view of a garden in the courtyard, was also particularly beautiful. Everything very nice and quiet. - Kitchen could perhaps be a little better equipped (there is no tea strainer, no teapot). - The bathroom is very nice and clean and functional. Separate toilet, which is also practical.

This is a very clean and comfortable apartment. It’s really well situated, a short walk from the old city and close to many restaurants. Check-in is super easy and Stephanie and Manuella are excellent hosts, responding very quickly.

Martini’s place was perfect for us. Easy to get to by public transport from Lyon Part-Dieu. Martinez’s rep Tina was lovely and came to rescue us when we accidentally went to the wrong building. The apartment was lovely and we ate there each night. We appreciated the washing machine and clothes rack so even though there was a dryer we didn’t need it. Martine was prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommended. Thank you Martine and Tina!

I really enjoyed staying at Marion's Place, the instructions were clear and the apartment was as described. Marion also gave me some recommendations about the city as it was my first time and I took all the recommendations and it was super nice. The apartment is just about 5mins walk to the metro station so it was easy to navigate and there are great restaurants around. Would def come back.

What a good place to enjoy the beauty of Lyon! In front of the building, we see the entrance to the Théâtre Antique; the Basilica is a stone's throw away, of course you can easily find the funicular to go to old Lyon. The apartment is located in a beautiful environment, quiet and tranquil, especially it has an impressive view. You can see the Basilica from most windows! Sincewe are at the heart of the Fourvière hill, everything is sublime with greenery and refreshing air. The interior is as spotless as it is comfortable! We love the decor and style of it. This is a place to really rest. My wife and I spent our first morning in Lyon in the balcony without doing anything and just to stay in that tranquility. Julie really takes care of our stay. She arranged for us a perfect entrance to the apartment. Highly recommend!!

This is a GREAT studio with the most amazing view of Lyon (it looks even more beautiful than the posted picture). Extremely clean, hosts were very responsive with troubleshooting a minor issue with blinds. I highly recommend this place for a single person or a couple. I really enjoyed the neighborhood with great eateries, an organic bakery nearby. It is a 5- minute walk to Halles de Bocuse which was so convenient and delicious!

Everything went very well! We stayed for 3 months without any problems :)
