Kid-friendly holiday rentals in La Part-Dieu, Lyon

Quaint, quiet, comfortable. Everything you need is available on foot. Great restaurants and hidden gems nearby. Love that it’s close to the urban park and metro/train. Pull out bed was easy to use and was handy to have a washing machine as we happened to come during a heat wave! Recommend if you’re looking for something quiet and convenient. Perfect for one or a couple.

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans ce logement. Les personnes y sont accueillantes et à disposition du client si besoin. Nous recommandons fortement cet endroit que ce soit pour sa propreté, ses équipements ou encore sa zone géographique (situé à quelques minutes de Lyon avec transport en commun à 200 mètres).

Meilleur endroit pour se reposer à quelques minutes de Lyon en bus. Le lieu est idéal, et la piscine fait tellement plaisir. Sylvie est une super hôte, très disponible, aux petits soins et avec plein de bonnes recommandations! On recommande à 600% !

Airbnb juste exceptionnel ! Le cadre est idyllique, l’endroit très bien entretenu et équipé, les hôtes sont très accueillants et disponible. Une super expérience que je recommande à 100%

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement proposé par Roland et sa femme. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel avec pleins de petites attentions (serviettes, savon, café, sucre, condiments, transat etc). Le quartier est très calme (Auchan à 10/15 min à pied), bus à proximité. La piscine était très agréable. Le petit point à améliorer est juste sur le store qui recouvre la porte, il laisse entrer la lumière donc quand le soleil se lève, la pièce n'est plus dans le noir et difficile de se rendormir à titre personnel.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce logement refait avec gout et particulièrement bien équipé. L'environnement est très calme et permet de bien se ressourcer après les journées de visite dans la ville. Le bus est à 50 mètres et permet de rejoindre le centre de Lyon soit directement soit en transitant par le métro. La communication avec l'hôte est excellente et le guide des activités à faire et restaurants à découvrir qu'il a réalisé est très utile. En résumé, si vous voulez passer quelques jours à Lyon réservez ce logement et vous ne serez pas déçu.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour chez Emilie, l’espace extérieur et le calme. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir une météo estivale pour en profiter, en revanche nous avons eu trop chaud à l’étage, où se situe la chambre. Juste dommage qu’on ne puisse pas entrer dans le logement plus tôt que 17h. Mais nous recommandons vivement, une charmante adresse :)

Een proper en ruim verblijf op een hele aangename locatie. Ook onze hond was welkom in het appartement wat voor ons heel belangrijk was. Qua ligging had je alles wat je nodig had op wandelafstand. Er zijn voldoende beveiligde parkings in de buurt om je auto kwijt te geraken. Ook Louis was super behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Hij reageerde snel en vriendelijk. Kortom, een zalig appartement waar we echt van genoten hebben. Absolute aanrader voor een korte trip naar Lyon centrum!

So many good things to say about this lovely apartment. I really enjoyed home cooking and here is perfect for me, everything is working in the kitchen also very close to a few supermarkets. Location is very good as well so easy to reach out every spots. Definitely I will stay here for next visit. Plus location is very quiet I slept so well which very important for me. Thank you so much for their hosting. Lovely place just like home.

I just finished 4 day stay at Christophe's beautiful apartment. Very clean and spacious, with a well stocked full kitchen. The apartment is within walking distance of the old town. I have a wonderful stay. Christophe is a great host and a wonderful person. It was truly a pleasure to meet him.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vianney’s place - ideal for a couple, recently renovated, sparkling clean and looks like the pics! Would definitely recommend!

Nous avons adoré l’endroit, il s’agit d’un logement sur le coin donc avec beaucoup de lumière. Excellent emplacement tout près du métro.

Wohnung gut ausgestattet. Alles sehr sauber. Zweite Schlafmöglichkeit auf dem ausziehbaren Sofa. - Besonders schön war auch der große Balkon, von dem aus man Blick auf einen Garten im Innenhof hat. Alles sehr schön ruhig. - Küche könnte vielleicht etwas besser ausgestattet sein (es gibt kein Teesieb, keine Teekanne). - Das Bad ist sehr schön und sauber und funktional. Toilette separat, was auch praktisch ist.

Appartement agréable et super bien placé, malgré les 4 étages à monter, il n'y a rien de négatif à relever. Donc je conseille vivement cet appartement car super bien placé. Nous y retournerons certainement lors d'un prochain séjour à Lyon.

Martini’s place was perfect for us. Easy to get to by public transport from Lyon Part-Dieu. Martinez’s rep Tina was lovely and came to rescue us when we accidentally went to the wrong building. The apartment was lovely and we ate there each night. We appreciated the washing machine and clothes rack so even though there was a dryer we didn’t need it. Martine was prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommended. Thank you Martine and Tina!

I really enjoyed staying at Marion's Place, the instructions were clear and the apartment was as described. Marion also gave me some recommendations about the city as it was my first time and I took all the recommendations and it was super nice. The apartment is just about 5mins walk to the metro station so it was easy to navigate and there are great restaurants around. Would def come back.

Quel bon endroit pour profiter de la beauté de Lyon ! En face de l’immeuble, on voit l’entrée du Théâtre Antique ; la Basilique est à deux pas, bien sûr on trouve facilement la funiculaire pour aller au vieux Lyon. L’appartement est situé dans un magnifique environnement, calme et tranquille, surtout il est doté d’une vue impressionnante. On peut voir la Basilique depuis la plupart des fenêtres ! Puisqu’on est au cœur de la colline Fourvière, tout est sublime avec la verdure et l’air rafraîchissant. L’intérieur est aussi impeccable que confortable ! Nous en aimons beaucoup la décoration et le style. C’est un endroit où on peut vraiment se reposer. Ma femme et moi ont passé notre premier matin à Lyon dans le balcon sans rien faire et juste pour rester dans cette tranquillité. Julie prend vraiment soin de notre séjour. Elle nous a arrangé une entrée parfaite dans l’appartement. À recommander fort !!

Très bel appartement moderne,très propre,climatisé,très bonne literie avec tout le nécessaire. À 5 minutes tout juste de la gare Part-Dieu,adresse facile à trouver avec instructions claires et simples. C’est ce que j’aime un studio moderne chic. À bientôt,Lexie.

This is a GREAT studio with the most amazing view of Lyon (it looks even more beautiful than the posted picture). Extremely clean, hosts were very responsive with troubleshooting a minor issue with blinds. I highly recommend this place for a single person or a couple. I really enjoyed the neighborhood with great eateries, an organic bakery nearby. It is a 5- minute walk to Halles de Bocuse which was so convenient and delicious!
