The house has a living room, an integrated kitchen, and a full bathroom on the ground floor. In PA, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, with access to the deck seen in the photo, and another with a single bed and two armchair beds. The living room armchair can also be converted into a bed. Outdoor grill. Kitchen with oven, refrigerator with freezer, bathroom, single grill, deck with pergola, AC and Wifi. With a shared pool (NOT heated) in front of the complex and a semi-covered individual parking space. We do not accept pets. Located one block from Av. Principal and 600 meters from Playa del Barco. All in an extremely quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

Amare / oceanfront

Amare is a beach house. It is located just steps from the sea. Because of its location, it will allow you to have a quiet vacation without the noise of the quarry and at the same time it is only a few blocks from downtown. It is divided into two floors, on the bottom floor is the living room-kitchen that has two single beds and the bathroom. Upstairs, there is a large room with a double bed. Outside there is a grill and a deck to spend the afternoon.

In this little house you can find tranquility and rest. It is a 10-minute walk from downtown and two blocks from the beach (with new lifeguard service!!) It is surrounded by vegetation. This winter several improvements have been made to the houses, including painting, purchase of utensils and appliances, new shelves, new fence, among other things.
