The site where the house is located has a particular characteristic: it is crossed by a native hill of very old trees and shrubs, around 200 years old, which make up an ecosystem where a great variety of bird species and vegetation coexist.

In this little house you can find tranquility and rest. It is a 10-minute walk from downtown and two blocks from the beach (with new lifeguard service!!) It is surrounded by vegetation. This winter several improvements have been made to the houses, including painting, purchase of utensils and appliances, new shelves, new fence, among other things.
