We had a great stay here. Beautiful area and clean place. Front desk staff was wonderful and good restaurants were a bonus.

Highly recommend! The house had beautiful views, was very clean, and felt like home. We’d definitely stay here again. The view from the hot tub is one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Rhonda And Todd’s very communicative and helpful.

Unit was very nice, well cleaned with many upgrades. The whole resort is immaculate with great views and amenities . Nearest grocery store is 10 miles away so take what you need. Excellent place , would go to the resort again as well as this unit.

Amazing views, easy access. Really enjoyed our Colorado excursion. There are great places to eat and close to Durango. Really enjoyed the local music and food at the adjacent bar and grill. We were really comfortable and really appreciated the clean bedding.

Karen’s condo was perfect for us. It was walking distance to the lifts and everything else. Our son went to the fitness center every morning and throughly enjoyed the equipment and facilities. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Definitely recommend it for your next visit to Purgatory.

The room is perfect for a couple or small family and also stocked with many things that not all places provide. Access to the golf and pool/jacuzzi was very nice. Quiet was also notable.

Condo type of accomodation close to everything in downtown Durango. Has everything you'd need for a short or long term stay. Very comfortable king bed, kitchen was well appointed with full stove/oven. Nice two person sitting area on the balcony off the bedroom. Hot tubs were nice to have as well as the gym! Walk to restaurants, shops, bars and to the river and hiking trails. Front desk staff were very friendly. Single traveler and felt very safe here.

We really enjoyed our stay! Location made our snowboarding trip amazing and easy.

I would definitely recommend this house! It is in a great location and has wonderful amenities. Having the restaurants, pool, and hot tub in the neighborhood was great for our family. The 3 full bathrooms were a bonus! We would stay here again!

One of the best BnBs we have ever stayed at! Great location, full-sized appliances, free laundry, hot tubs, good sized space and comfortable bed! Everything worked great.

The space was beautiful and comfortable. Lots of windows with great views. The amenities are great for families. Will stay here again on our next Durango trip.

Owen was very friendly and their place was very comfortable! Easy access to absolutely everything, quiet building, hot tub just steps away, very clean, very comfortable bed and linens and lots of little extras in the kitchen. We’ll def be back!!

Our first time at Purgatory with our family of 5 and the location was great! Hosts were responsive if we had a question, a short walk to the ski lift and loved that it was on the first floor. Also loved the bench outside the door to put on and take off your ski boots. Highly recommend!

My wife and I really enjoyed Rick’s condo. It is more attractive inside than the pictures indicate. In particular, the kitchen counter is very attractive and appealing. This condo is on the top floor, which can help minimize noise. There is no elevator, but it is only one story above the parking lot entrance level. There is a nice ski locker, so no need to schlepp the ski equipment into the condo. The host Rick was gracious and responsive, telling us that the condo was available to enter an hour or so before the usual check-in time. This really made our day. We sat on the chairs on the patio for coffee and enjoyed the nice view. The walk from the condo to the lifts is genuinely on a few minutes. Also, the two bedrooms are opposite sides of the kitchen and living area. This affords a little more privacy. Next ski trip to Purgatory we’ll definitely book this condo again.

Beautiful view out on the balcony!! Cozy and warm feeling. Enough storage space for coats and winter gear ! Host was quick to respond and was helpful.

This was the perfect place for our group to stay for a final spring break trip! The lifts were extremely close and easy to get to, as well as the restaurants and shops at the base of the resort.

Great location in between Purgatory Ski Resort, Hermosa village, and Durango. Great views. Modern look and furnishings, heated bathroom floors. And, many other delightful features. Two great quality restaurants up the hill at the lodge, make this an even better location. Loved this place!

We enjoyed our stay at Katina, Jacob and Dallas’ adobe home completely. We felt welcomed before we even arrived and when we did, were met with a clean, cozy and super well organized home. There was lots of room! The house is well laid out and the fully stocked kitchen was much appreciated. It was really helpful to have a washer/dryer and even a dishwasher. It was too warm during our visit for a fire but the fireplace is awesome. We enjoyed just looking at it imaging how we need to come back in the winter and cozy up in the living room:) The hosts invited us to freely enjoy the hot tub and on- site teepee! Such a friendly and easy going family:). Could not recommend this place and these hosts more highly.

Everything went better than expected for our stay in this ski in/ski out condo on Purgatory Mtn!!! Newly remodeled space that was clean and cozy for our family’s getaway. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook during our stay and the small washer/dryer not locked up was a bonus! The host went above and beyond furnishing the condo so guests wouldn’t be wanting. Great place!

Absolutely amazing stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The highlight was definitely the hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the mountains. It was private, clean, and had a beautiful view. The hosts were responsive and thoughtful, and check-in was super easy. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a peaceful, scenic retreat with a touch of luxury. Would 100% stay here again!

The views are fantastic on the back porch. The morning animal visits were great. Seeing the many animal tracks in the snow was a learning journey. Playground area was used by kids. They had a great time playing in the snow and having open space to roam about; it was a home. The residence is open, bright, and very welcoming. Well stocked kitchen and enough storage spaces for guests. Guests have to stick to hosts water process. Be conscious of thier energy usage and waste. The atmosphere is relaxed and clean. It's a place for solitude and forced involvement. Not for people who wanna TV veg out. The shopping isn't far. We drove the back roads to avoid the 550 traffic. George is wonderful and very kind. The hosts were fantastic. They treated us like human beings and not dollar bills. If we go back to Durango, we will definitely see if this home is available.
