The space Terrace in front of the living room 60 m2 with stunning views of Mogan and the ocean. Large private roof terrace with outdoor kitchen, Bbq , plancha and bar. Sunbathing is possible all day with a lot of privacy . Private parking in the garage, lift. 5 minutes walk to the cozy harbour and beach with many bars and restaurants of Puerto de Mogan. Supermarket 5 minutes walk. The complex has been newly built and recently completed.

Nos gusta poder ver a las gaviotas y albatros en plena naturaleza y observar el paisaje cada día diferente En la zona hay varios restaurantes. Los días de olas se puede ver a los surfistas practicando. Está muy cerca de la avenida que conecta varias playas de Telde.

The balcony faces west, so you get the most beautiful sunsets. Casa Serin consist of 2 bedrroms, 1 with a queen size bed and 1 with a single bed. Perfect for a little family.
