The apartment so good and the location is soo good just transportation was difficult to go to Valencia city but because they renew and change the bus stations The apartment is exactly like photos and equipment more than you think Even chairs and umbrella for the beach Maria is really professional.

The place is large, comfortable and in a great spot. Wish we had more time to spend there.

We couldnt ask for a more responsive host. Ramón and Jorge who was helping him made sure to resolve all problems we had and did so without making us feel like we are bothering. Communication was very easy and quick. The apartament was very big and had everything you could wish for. We were very happy there was an umbrella that guests could take with them to the beach. There was a smart tv with various apps and live tv. The apartment was located in a peaceful neighborhood. Lacking restaurants that are open midday but its mostly because its not a touristic area and Spanish people dont eat during that time. It takes around 28 minutes to reach the beach and around 15 mins to reach the city of arts and science. Very good public transport options if you don't like walking or too reach places that are more far away. Overall, if all hosts treated guests like Ramón and Jorge treated us, traveling would be much more enjoyable.

My family and I stayed for one week at the Valencia apartment and had a great experience. The location is excellent - just a short walk to Turia Park, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. We appreciated how well-equipped everything was, making it easy to feel at home. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Valencia.

This was the cutest little place. It is evident the attention to detail the owner put into this comfortable place to stay. It was very hot and the AC worked great. Lots of local eateries within walking distance. Train station was literally walkable from this location, which was very important to us. Taxis and Ubers were available to take you out of the immediate area . Anything you needed was right in the area. Antonia who you contact with when you check in was very helpful and was so sweet when we met her on check out . I highly recommend this place for a family.

An amazing apartment that is in a perfect location right by the Central Market and the rest of the old town of Valencia. Konstantin was great and allowed a slightly earlier check in. The apartment had everything you needed for both a short or long term stay. Can't rate it highly enough! Only issue was some noise outside at night but that's to be expected with such a central location.

A very good place, comfortable and well equipped in all aspects

The place was very comfortable for my family. He provided alot of items to make it feel more like a home. It was also very convenient as it close to the metro. Tomas is also very friendly and accomodating.

It was a long stay (23 days). Apartments in good condition, they match the photos and description. The area is very quiet. Pepe is very friendly and communicates very quickly if you need anything. We will definitely rent the apartments again.

We are just back from a 10 day stay in Maytes apartment and we were so happy with our choice. Large apartment with everything you need. fantastic pool area for relaxing. The apartment is close to restaurants bars and two shopping centres for plenty of retail therapy for teenagers. There are bus stops very close to the apartment that gets you to beach or the old part of the city and it's fantastic attractions. City of sciences and Aquarium are a short walk. The apartment was very comfortable and Mayte was a great host. I would definitely recommend.

A beautiful place to stay in the heart of the city. You can quickly reach the park or the cathedral. The apartment was also large enough for three people. We would also try to book the apartment again on our next visit.

Pros- For us, this place checked all our boxes and we gave 5 stars. The apartment was very clean, tidy, stocked kitchen, starter trash bags, plenty of dish soap, and toliet paper. The view is literally 360° and stunning. Both hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. Elevator. Plenty of parking. Super close to Valencia Old Town and Aquarium (about 15 min drive). Cons- These are for full disclosure, but did not affect us directly. In order to maximize views, there is a lack of privacy and only one room (the twin) is fully enclosed. Even the shower has a window looking to the living room. Odd, yes, but the views didn't bother us and were gorgeous. One shower did not have hot water (hosts were quick to offer a plumber- we said no). There were some random ants around the apartment.

Maria made us feel very welcome and was very responsive to our various requests and questions. Everything is provided in the apartment, you could not ask for more. We were in Valencia when the country-wide power-cut happened and Maria enquired immediately as to how we were coping and whether we needed anything, and kept us informed as we did not have access to news programmes. We could not see Maria to say good-bye in person, but she helped us right to the last minute by booking our taxi to the airport. A great apartment and a great host.

We stayed two weeks in Veronica's nice apartment. Everything was very good in the accommodation. Very well-equipped kitchen. You can almost cook any dish you want there, the equipment is sufficient wherever you want to cook. A couple of minutes' walk to the beach and there are two nice beach chairs available. Wi-Fi is good. The area is very quiet and safe. A large, nice pool and a very well-kept garden to enjoy. Good bus connection to city center. It takes about 40 minutes. If you want a nice vacation, rent Veronica's apartment!

Our experience at Patricia's house was excellent from the start. Communication was fast, clear and very friendly. Upon arrival, the place was impeccably clean, as shown in the photos, and with details that show the affection and dedication with which Patricia takes care of her guests. The location was ideal, quiet but with everything you need nearby. In addition, Patricia was always attentive and willing to help us with local recommendations, which made our visit even more special. Our stay in Erick’s place was great as the place was exactly as described. The apartment was perfectly clean, and had everything we would need. The location is also perfect; we could reach to the beach by 3 mins walk. During our check-out, he was also kind enough to drop us at the metro station which we could take directly to the airport. We’ll definitely visit again and would 100% recommend the place 🙏
