Perched on the mountain, the hill house with king size bed has three large windows and view deck that look out over the desert valley and the National Marine Park. The house is located at the end of a road which ads to the peaceful and quiet character of Cabo Pulmo, but is close enough and within a 10 minute walking distance to dive shops, restaurants and hiking trails. This unit has Starlink. The house is not set up for parties, loud music and children under 12 years old. Parking is on site.

Joyita del Sur (Jewel of the South) is a private casita just steps away from a gorgeous beach on the Sea of Cortez. Watch both the sunset and sunrise from the beach! Q bed with foam mattress and soft linens. A/C and ceiling fans in both bedroom and kitchen. Ample closet space with shelves/hangers. Quiet, relaxing desert , and ocean view! With pool

Quiet and peaceful condo. Away from the dust and Dogs. Bird watching or just sitting at the pool enjoying the peace and quiet. 7 Minutes to Los Barriles. 3 minutes to the beach from the Arroyo. After kite surfing or fishing all day. Come home to a nice soak in the hot tub or dip in the pool. Outside shower to rinse off. Very peaceful and everything you need to enjoy your home away from home. You will need a car or ATV to go into town or ask me about the Uber 24/7. WE DO NOT HAVE A BBQ PIT.

Hola, We’re Tricia and Rick. In 2013 we RV’d our way down Baja and fell in love with Los Barriles. So…we stayed. We built our home with the intention of a vacation rental suite below. Our property is enclosed and private with surrounding gardens. We seasonally grow bananas, pineapples, papayas, limes and mangos. When ripe, we love to share. El Nido is located in town - walkable to town and the glorious beach. We value our clients and would be honoured to have you as a guest.

There is a 2 minute walk away resort (Spa Buena Vista) that has an excellent fishing fleet of both; cruises and pangas. Los Barriles is a mile up north. The area is perfect for sport fishing, kayaking, kitesurfing, or just chilling at the beach.
