L'appartement dispose d'une belle hauteur sous plafond, il est situé au 1er et dernier étage, c'est donc calme. Parking gratuit sur la place au pied de l'appartement. Boulangerie, pharmacie, banques et cafés-restaurants sont au pied de l'immeuble. Les quais de la Vienne sont juste devant à moins de 2 minutes à pied. Le logement est non fumeur.
