On the first floor overlooking the courtyard, spacious accommodation, including a living room equipped with a sofa bed (110 cm), a sleeping area with quality bedding separated from the living room by a partition, a kitchen open to the dining area, a bathroom with shower and toilet. Restaurants and shops (including a Carrefour City) at the foot of the building, lots of shops nearby.

Our apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of La Rochelle, close to the town hall and the central market, on one of the shopping streets that is lively during the day, but quiet in the evening and at night. It is an ideal base for visiting the city or for business reasons, a 10-minute walk to the train station if you come by train. The apartment is a 42 m2 two-room, just renovated, on the second floor of an old building. We follow Covid cleaning guidelines.
