Central apartment, well-kept and clean, corresponding to the description on the listing. Franco responded promptly and comprehensively to my questions. Great value for money.

Luca was a great host. The apartment was very lovingly decorated and very clean. The location and view is fantastic. We felt very comfortable during our stay, and Luca was quick to reach if we had any questions. We will keep the holiday in great memory.

Our stay in Cinque Terre, Bracco at Stefano's place was great. Stefano and his family were very nice and welcoming. Check-in went without any problems, Stefano explained everything to us perfectly and guided us. The apartment was clean, we had everything we needed and the view of the bay is unique. The place of accommodation is very convenient both for a trip to the Cinque Terre and for trips to the sea and swimming. We highly recommend the accommodation.

We had a pleasant stay with a large apartment and a small, cozy outdoor area. Very, very good welcome from Marcello. He gave us the keys himself and not in a key box which is impersonal. Very good communication with Marcello, very available to make the stay as pleasant as possible.

Marco's place is one-of-a-kind, a small house equipped with everything above the beach resort, right on the beach, offers the possibility to eat on your private terrace overlooking the sea, the excellent restaurant (excellent fish!!) right next to the resort offers the service of bringing you the restaurant dishes to your home!!! Federico and Giuseppe were exceptional, always ready and smiling like all of Marco's staff, truly unparalleled, the host also proved incredibly flexible for every type of situation really 6 stars! We were greeted by Linda and accompanied to the apartment. If you have any questions during your stay, Linda was easily accessible and very accommodating! The apartment is not only functional but also very cozy and was very clean, so we felt comfortable from the first moment. The location is quiet and overlooks a small park. If we go back to Levanto, we would definitely like to stay in this apartment again!!! Thanks to Linda ;)

A really very nice place, just outside Sarzana, great suites and amenities. The only time is breakfast 8-10... a little late at 8 am as a start in my opinion...... better at 7.30 at least.

I never leave comments for hotels and restaurants, but this experience deserves a few minutes to underline the commitment and availability of Mauro and Davide, exquisite and extremely kind people. They even invited us one night to let us see the game on TV. Trust me with your eyes closed, a top-notch experience and environment. Thanks again for your exceptional hospitality.

it was just like being at home, but at the seaside!! The apartment is equipped with all amenities and really equipped with anything, the location is amazing!! Once you cross the road you are on the promenade and on foot you can easily get everywhere. I have two small children and in the apartment I found all the comforts for them too... dishes, cot, sheets etc... also the communication with Agnese, Davide's co-host, was really always responsive, very friendly and helpful to make the most of our stay. We will definitely be back!!

We spent a wonderful 8 days in the apartment. The apartment was in a very good and well maintained condition. The apartment is modern and we felt very comfortable from the first minute. As a family of five with dog companions, the apartment offers enough space with its three bedrooms, a large living room and kitchen-living room as well as three balconies. The beach and promenade are within walking distance in about 5 minutes. Despite its direct location by the sea and promenade, it is very quiet as the building is located on a side street to the marina. From the balcony, you have a unique view to the sea. Around the corner of the apartment is a small grocery store where you can buy very good and fresh food. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back anytime.

Wonderful apartment in the center of the city. The markets on Fridays great for shopping and easy to get to the beach. Giulia was so nice and helped me up the stairs with my luggage. Apartment was very clean and cool for the summer. There are a lot of steps to get up but a great workout! Would stay again!

We needed a location close to my sister in law and this could not have been more perfect. The AC works great. Clean and free of clutter. Responsive owner. Even though by the street, the energy conserving windows do a great job at keeping the place very quiet. We loved it and wi will come back. We traveled with our two sons (18 and 21). Thanks Luca and Alessia.

We had a lovely stay!

Very nice and quiet place 10 minutes from the sea. Mrs. Monica is very kind and helpful. Beautiful and complex house, equipped kitchen was missing only a microwave that we needed to warm up our little food. Everything else is there. We will gladly return.

Reem had excellent communication skills and promptly answered all the questions I had about the space. He was able to accommodate 16 of us with no issue whatsoever and provided a beautiful breakfast and a place for students to get away for the weekend. Highly recommend booking with Reem if you’re looking for a place to explore around Cinque Terre. It is a 3 minute walk away from the train so explore was incredibly easy. Great Price too!

The stay was wonderful, the owner was always available and very kind and offered us artiginal products made by her. The chalet was clean and equipped with everything needed for a great stay. It's in a perfect location to relax.

Beautiful villa on a hill, with stunning views of the coast. The house is lovely. The furniture is a little old , but functional. An individual bathroom for each bedroom. Possibility to accommodate 12 people (8 in the main house and 2x2 people in two small annexes with kitchen and bathrooms) Beautiful and large pool, well maintained (unfortunately the waterfalls visible in the photos no longer works). Private, old, but functional tennis court. A little paradise for a holiday with friends or family. The downsides: - Communication as to the reception of the key was not at all clear. Which was a little scary. In the end, someone contacted us on the day by text message, and everything went smoothly. - the significant cleaning fee of €820 required to be added to the rental price. - the situation removed from the house is pleasant, but requires the use of a car for travel.

Wonderful host, she was so helpful, kind, and understanding. We had a hard time finding a taxi and were over an hour late to meet the host at the house to exchange keys, and she was nothing but gracious and even tried several times to help call us a taxi. She gave us amazing recommendations and even helped us figure out the bus systems to get to the train station. The house was beautiful and comfortable, 100% worth the price.

We felt very comfortable with Tiziana from start to finish. The discreet friendly nature of Tiziana was extremely pleasant. The stylish and artistically furnished apartment has everything you need. The property is 10-15 minutes by bike from Beach away and 5 minutes by bike from the beautiful old town of Pietrasanta. Tiziana's tips for art and culture were very helpful for us on site and in the area. In short, we had a wonderful time here.

A house located on a hill, overlooking a marble quarry (I recommend taking binoculars) and a bay with the city. A well-maintained garden with a chest pool, sun loungers with an umbrella, a terrace with a view, hammocks. A large house, two living rooms, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen that was missing. There is a children's play area and a mini gym. An Italian-style interior from the 90s and it's important to be careful of marble, which is everywhere: Staircase, kitchen counter, floors, accessories. The host is very attentive to him. Contacting Laura hassle-free. We had a problem with mosquitoes, she bought us sprays and a device. The neighborhood is quite poor, the average walk is steep.In the surrounding village there is a beer bar, a shop with a small assortment, a bakery and a pharmacy. Cons: steep, winding, and narrow entrance. A leaking hot tub on the balcony, weak internet, you can't use Netflix, a clogging shower upstairs. Unpleasant smell of musty. We are happy to come back here for sure.
