Pra di Brëc is our dream that became true. We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

Le Moulin de Trouillette 35 m2

Appartement chaleureux de 35 m2 en rez de chaussée d'un ancien moulin à huile réabilité dans les années 50. La maison se situe dans un petit hameau du village de Séez à 3 kms de la gare TGV de Bourg St Maurice Les Arcs Pour vous rendre en station à proximité de la maison une navette gratuite vous conduit soit au télésiège des écudets à 2 kms pour monter à la Rosière domaine international France Italie ou bien à Bourg st Maurice prendre le funiculaire pour monter à la station des Arcs.

CHALET NEL BOSCO

Porzione indipendente in piccolo Chalet a 1.5 km dal centro di Courmayeur. Accesso a piedi da un sentiero lungo 200 mt, posizione meravigliosa ai margini del bosco con vista sul Monte Bianco, senza abitazioni nelle vicinanze. Piccolo ma accogliente, arredato artigianalmente in stile baita, sfruttando al meglio gli spazi. Riscaldamento autonomo. 1 letto matrimoniale + 1 divano letto per terzo ospite. (+ 20€ per lenzuola extra se due ospiti dormono in letti separati). Posto auto privato.

Classé 2 étoiles en meublé de tourisme, je vous propose mon petit paradis face Mont Blanc de 26m2 ,chaleureux et équipé pour 1 à 4 personnes situé au 1er étage d'un chalet avec balcon qui vous offrira une vue Mont Blanc à couper le souffle. A 5 min des pistes de ski l’hiver ( navette gratuite dans la résidence ) et piscine chauffée l'été juste devant le chalet ( ouverture du 1er juillet au 1er sept ) . Village /Commerces à 8kms,thermes et gare sncf à Saint Gervais le fayet à 11kms.

Studio dans une ferme avec vue sur le Mont-Blanc

Petit studio plain-pied de 25 m2 dans une ancienne ferme typique de la vallée. Vue sur la chaine du Mont-Blanc. Dans un quartier tranquille à deux pas de Chamonix. Une place de parking( non couverte) est à votre disposition. L'entrée du studio se fait par une cour privée. Situé à 3 mn à pied de la gare routière (pas besoin d 'utiliser votre voiture) navettes sur toute la vallée. À 5 mn du départ du téléphérique de l'Aiguille du Midi et 10 min du centre ville et de ses commerces.

Situato nella valle centrale permette di raggiungere con rapidità le vallate del Parco Nazionale del Gran Paradiso, la città di Aosta, le località dell'Alta Valle, la Francia e la Svizzera.

The two floors apartment consists of two bedrooms, living room with fireplace, kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven, 2 bathrooms, ski box and garage. Wi-fi, linen and towels provided on demand.

A due passi dalla piazza centrale e da tutti i servizi che Morgex offre, è un'ottima base per visitare la valle del Monte Bianco. Le terme di Pré Saint Didier distano 4 km, gli impianti sciistici di La Thuile 13, Courmayeur 8 e la Skyway 10.

Small apartment for a lovely stay in Courmayeur

The apartment is bright and cosy. It has been renewed in January and the furniture is made with wood and it is well equipped. The sofa bed is normal size (160 cm x 190 cm) and comfortable. The kitchen is small but you will have a dishwasher and a microwave at your disposal. Wi fi is now available for the guests. Great news !!!!! A new Murphy bed is now available!!!
