Fred's Artpartment was perfect for our large group trip to Baguio! The space was incredibly comfortable and spacious enough for 10 of us. The WiFi was fast and reliable, which was a lifesaver. We loved having the well-equipped kitchen and the living room with large television. The location is very accessible to the tourist attractions in the city. We'll definitely be back! Thank you!

Crispin's place was great! The caretaker Rodel was fairly responsive, they were flexible with our Checkin/Out process. They were also pretty understanding with our initial booking issues at start and helped me through some technical issues while booking. It's best feature was the firepit since it was a great place to hang out for me and my friends. My cat babies also enjoyed since the living room and top bedroom ad scenic windows where they could explore and bird watch. It was also great that there weren't a lot of bits and bobs hung so it was pretty cat proof. Since the house is at the top of a hill, it can get pretty chilly and the fog comes down often. They have dehumidifiers so future guests should use them so things dry up. Kitchen is stocked with basic cookware so my husband and friends did some workaround with the pots and pans but they had sufficient diningware for a group of 6 people. We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Baguio! The house is spacious, clean, and perfect for large groups ,it comfortably accommodated all 15 of us. Ms. Jenny Lyn, the co-host, was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and hassle-free. The place had a cozy vibe and was well-equipped with the essentials. Highly recommended for big families or barkadas visiting Baguio!

Always a great stay at Mountain Spring Homes. Since 2021, their place is where we stay whenever we go to Baguio. The place is accessible from the busy streets of the city and with a peaceful environment even on day time. Will always choose to book and recommend this place.

The place looks exactly like the pictures! It's located in a quiet area only 10-15 minutes away from Burnham park. The place is clean and smells really nice, even the curtains smell freshly laundered. All the amenities listed are available, there's even free firewood for the fireplace though we didn't get to use it as it is currently summertime. There are also a couple of stores nearby so buying essentials wasn't a hassle. The host is also very responsive and even recommended an easier way to park which really helped a lot. Highly recommend this place and will definitely rebook when I go back to Baguio with a big group.

My partner and I enjoyed my stay here literally the best loc if you want accessibility to all tourists spots. Very accommodating owner, as she allowed us for an early checkin. Place is the same as described. Ate Maggie is very helpful too!

Our stay at Ms. Emilia's place was nice and very peaceful. The kitchen was complete and the sheets were clean. The wifi was okay during our stay. The water heater works well and there was also a fan and TV. It was a ride away to the city center which is just alright. A lot of times we had to take the taxi going uphill since the jeepneys are usually full going back. No problem on going down since it's walkable from the PUJ terminal. There were also lots of laundry shops and stores nearby. If you need a clean and affordable place, this place is recommended. Far from the crowded center of Baguio but has a good view of it.

Great Host. good and chill atmosphere. as long as you follow the instructions the place is very easy to find and also accessible to public transport.. we used a combination of jeepney and taxi if we came home very late. and it was very affordable. the place is spotless and clean the ambiance is great for a peaceful and relaxing stay. you'll hear the running water of the little river behind the place and it really helped me calm down and sleep through the night. 24hr running water and water heater for the shower. 100/10 will comeback and rent again when I come back to Baguio.

We had an amazing stay at Jeid’s Place! The house was spotless, well-organized, and had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Everything was clean and thoughtfully prepared, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. What truly sets this place apart is the stunning overlooking view. It was absolutely breathtaking! Whether it was early morning coffee or relaxing in the evening, the view made every moment more special and peaceful. And also ate emma was so kind to us. Maganda ung place, parang magiging taga baguio ka talaga.

Our overall stay was amazing! The place was great and clean. The neighborhood was also quiet and feels very safe. The area was also not included in the number coding scheme of cars so it is the best place to stay if you are going to other non-coding tourist spots such as The Mansion, Wright Park, and Camp John Hay. Miss Vina was also very helpful in giving us information regarding the coding scheme. They were also very hospitable in providing us basic cooking needs such as cooking oil because we forgot to bring one. We will definitely book again here on our next visit!

While other units exist in the building, this one stands out. We even overheard other guests experiencing check-in issues, but ours was seamless thanks to clear and helpful instructions. The unit is clean, cozy, and well-equipped—ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring Baguio. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

This is the biggest space we ever rented, and it’s the best. I was juggling from one bed to another, internet is reliable, it has smart tv. I love the completeness of the kitchen, everything you need, they have it. Location is a bit far from everything else but nothing a taxi can fix. I have enough time to sip my hot coffee from the balcony. It was that peaceful.

I had an amazing stay! Nardie was super easy to talk to and assisted me every step of the way—before, during, and even after my stay. The place itself was beyond my expectations—beautiful, well-equipped, and had everything I needed. It’s also perfect for families since it’s peaceful and quiet. But the unit itself is warm, cozy, clean and comfy. Sana po magkaroon ng wall clock sa unit kase makakalimot ka talaga sa oras pag naka stay ka parang ayaw mo ng lumabas at gumayak. 😂🤣😅

the location was very convenient and near main attractions in the city center. thanks to this airbnb, we're able to save a lot because we're just walking most of the time. it's a plus points that the victoria bakery is just in front of cedar peak. i would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

The place was perfect for our family. The kids liked it so much that we even extended one more night! We will surely go back given the opportunity in the future.

Everything matched my expectations. The room is quiet, and it's easy to walk to SM Mall and Burnham Park. Everything you need is in teh condo.
