A magic and romantic accommodation right in the middle of the old village of Eze famous for its hand craft its art galleries, its restaurants and the exotic garden at the top. An amazing view !!!

Our house near Nice has two floors, one of which is entirely reserved for family, friends and Airbnb rentals. Our accommodation is not new, but we take care to ensure comfort, provide a high-quality welcome, and constantly improve what we offer. The outbuildings (swimming pool, terrace, etc.) are reserved for the occupants of the house (hosts and Airbnb guests) only. The accommodation has a separate entrance and is almost fully equipped (dishes, washing machine, sheets, etc.).

This 160 m2 house, located in Eze by the sea, between Nice and Monaco, 100 m from the beach in a park planted with pine trees, enjoys an exceptional setting and a breathtaking view. Guests will enjoy a terrace, garden and swimming pool facing the sea. The house consists of a very large living room with open kitchen. The upstairs has a master suite with sea view terrace and 2 more bedrooms. Two parking lots are at your disposal. The train and bus stops are a 5-minute walk away
