Condo holiday rentals in La Veleta

Beautiful place! Surrounded by nature. The condominium is amazing. The studio has everything you need, we made our breakfast there every morning, has a great gym! Location is great - but we were by car to have more flexibility, highly recommended. The only downside is that you can’t have drinks or bites around the pool - but maybe is flexible, because we saw a few people eating and drinking and the security just asked them not to drink inside the pool. And communication is great. We want to come back for sure!

Probably the best find in Tulum! We had a car for our entire vacation but we didn’t need it at all during the week. Everything you could possibly need is within 15 minutes walking distance. There’s a spot on the corner (3 minute walk) where you can rent ATVs, scooters and bikes for a very good price if you want to take a day trip somewhere else. Pam was super responsive for all our questions and concerns and even sent a very detailed guide on local recommendations. We actually used this for our planning of activities and they didn’t not disappoint. The pool was amazing for relaxing during the day on our down time from activities. Would 100% recommend this Airbnb to anyone and would definitely go back if I visit Tulum again.

This place is great! Will definitely be back, everything was as described like the photos. Location is great and walking distance if you need a taxi the front can request you one super easy in under 5 mins. Security out front place is right next to the police station also. Pools are great and the hot tub doesn’t get hot at all but it’s nice to have.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect — a true home away from home in Tulum! The location is fantastic, very close to the centro but still peaceful and relaxing. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The space was spotless, and thoughtful touches like slippers, toothbrushes, and razors made it feel extra special. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom had great water pressure, which can be rare to find. I also really appreciated the personalized key code — it was so convenient not having to worry about forgetting it! There were plenty of outlets throughout the apartment, making it easy to charge all our devices without any hassle. Parking was easily accessible, which was a huge plus for us. Whether you’re planning a short getaway or a longer stay, this Airbnb has everything you need. Highly recommend — I would definitely stay here again!

Nous venons de passer un excellent séjour. Premièrement le lieu est paisible et résidentiel et c’est vraiment agréable. La résidence quant à elle est magnifique, le logement est très beau aussi sans compter l’espace piscine qui n’est limite pas à assez mis en valeur dans l’annonce car c’est vraiment superbe. Et la cerise sur le gâteau c’est Frederico. Toujours présent pour répondre à nos questions ou nous aider ! Bref nous sommes ravis ! Si vous venez en voiture aucun risque pour elle, si vous venez à pied c’est top aussi. Je recommande vivement

Great place to stay, in a great area. Only trouble was a power and water outage for a couple of hours but wasn’t that big of a deal and typical for the area. Overall I would stay here again and the free daily cleaning option is awesome! Highly recommend!

I stayed a little longer than one month. If you’re looking for a quiet place that is nature connected, this is the definitely the right decision! I loved the fact of waking up every morning in the middle of the trees, hearing the birds and seeing them play outside from the bed. Lisa is very helpful for any open questions and I loved her recommendations on airbnb. Humberto the house manger is always on site to help, very kind and helpful. The only information that I would liked to have known before, the Internet and Tulum is often very poor. If you’re here longer to work, there is a place called digital jungle they have there own generator, there internet works even if it doesn’t in the Neighborhood. Thank you Lisa I hope I will have soon the chance to come back!

The apartment is lovely and centrally located between the beach and Downtown. Our concierge helped with scooter rentals and recommendations. I would stay here again.

John's place was absolutely perfect. It was a great size and clean. Wifi was great and worked well for conference calls with no issue. La Valeta is a great neighbourhood away from the hustle and bustle of the main town while still within short walking distance of some amazing coffe places and restaurants. The airbnb had everything I needed. The pool area was quiet and always had room. John was extremely responsive. Highly recommend for long term stays.

El alojamiento es igual que en las fotos, tiene casi todo lo esencial para unos días en Tulum. Esta cerca de la playa y también del centro del pueblo. Necesitas coche para poder moverte pero tiene parking subterráneo.

We had the most incredible stay! this place is truly perfect for couples looking to relax and reconnect. The setting was beautiful and peaceful, everyone was so polite, the front desk was so helpful and nice! and The private cenote was absolutely magical!! It felt like our own little paradise. We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect escape. Highly recommend for any couple looking for a unique and unforgettable getaway!

Wonderful host, responded very quickly to any questions or concerns. Very thing was very clean the staff was super friendly and helpful when we needed taxis. within walking 10 minutes distance from a little shopping/ dining center. Definitely recommend and would book again.

Beautiful environment, very well equipped, felt like home. The only downside (but this is our own quirkiness) the mattresses are too soft for our backs. Other than that, can’t wait to get back. Most important was that any issue we might have had it was immediately addressed! Congrats on your customer service!

5 Stars – Wonderful Stay in Tulum! I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Tulum! The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to everything. It felt like the best of both worlds: relaxing and private, but just a short walk or ride to amazing local restaurants and shops. Every meal we had nearby was delicious—Tulum definitely knows how to impress with its food scene! The space was clean, well-designed, and just as described in the listing. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, which made everything easy from check-in to checkout. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay and would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking to enjoy the beauty and culture of Tulum. Thank you for a lovely experience!

We really liked our stay at this place. Just be aware that you live in an evolving area. Also you need a bicycle/scooter or car to get around. The size of the flat isn't that big but totally OK for two people. The little balcony with the hammock is nice to chill in the evening or when you want to have a smoke. Also the little pool on the rooftop is good for a cool down after the gym in the morning. If I come back to Tulum I will definitely come back to this place!

We loved our stay- for our little family of 3. We ended up extending our stay because it was impossible to leave. Tulum has our heart and this airbnb made things easy on us.

Excelente lugar, tal cual como se describía en la publicación. Muy bueno para estancias largas, la cocina totalmente equipada con lo necesario. Amplio baño, recámara y sala. Buena ubicación si andas con auto, muy recomendable tener transporte en esta área para moverte fácilmente a los lugares cercanos. Todo queda a unos minutos en auto y muy fácil de llegar

Joel’s place was clean and modern. Great spot for 4 people, when you get closer to 5-6 people sharing bathroom gets difficult. We enjoyed walking to the downtown area and eating at Marina’s Tacos stand around the corner. Joel helped us whenever we needed it and was quick to respond every time. The kitchen was equipped for basic cooking with a couple small pans but not butter or oil. Highly recommend stopping by a store to use the kitchen space! Overall, our group enjoyed our stay with easy parking, modern living, big balcony, and a nice pool space.

Amazing location! Beachfront and in an exclusive private beach. The bay waters are very calm so perfect for snorkeling and swimming. The unit is beautifully decorated and it’s very well equipped. The plunge pool in the large balcony overlooking the turquoise ocean was a great way to cool off without leaving the room. And the rooftops? Wow! The gym that overlooks the jungle and on the other side, a second large rooftop deck with a roof pool where you can see the most amazing sunsets, with ocean views of the entire bay. BBQ grill and pizza oven on the deck as well. The location is perfect, only 10 minutes on the main road, from Tulum town and the hotels beach area, away from the noise but a fast and easy ride to go enjoy a night in the town. The hosts were friendly, responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and we look forward to coming back to this paradise!
