Another great stay at this penthouse. wife's n i 2nd time staying for 5days. great vibes. clean , AC works amazing,internet spot on. pool upstairs was sexy as hell. we loved it all. can't wait to come back next year. Rodrigo n staff are fast to reply and had everything in order for us. walking distance to alot of shops n markets. renting is always an option. Would definitely recommend for anyone trying to have a sexy relaxed stay.

We haven’t been back to Mexico since we moved to Canada in 13 years and this was perfect. We got the authentic taste of everything, walking everywhere and the Collectivos were amazing. We wanted private tours and he couldn’t have recommended anyone better it was the absolute best!!! Everything was perfect responses were so quick! The house is absolutely gorgeous Tulum is so homey and everyone was kind and helpful! We spent one day in Playa Del Carmen and instantly felt not at home, Tulum is by far better and more cozy. Kinder and cleaner. If you’re looking for the perfect getaway these are your people!!! So helpful and so quick to respond and can get you anything and get you anywhere and get you any tour!! I miss it already and it was sad to leave but we will defiantly come back!! I want the real Mexican authentic trips with the people and food and walking everywhere so thankful we booked this! And you can rent quads and bikes and scooters! It’s such a nice little spot!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exceptionally clean and the complex was great. The location was good and we were able to conveniently bike around town wherever we wanted to go. Cris was so nice and helpful with organizing amenities for us! We had such a lovely time and would definitely stay again!

Marissa and Israel have been extremely helpful and friendly and are always on hand to respond to any queries. When we arrived we noticed that there were no hangers and some of the bulbs weren't working and when we told them they immediately came to sort it for us. The home looks just on the photos and is really great value for money. It is a beautiful home, clean and comfortable. The outdoor area is also amazing with a view over the jungle and private pool. The kitchen has all of the tools and essentials one may need for cooking. I will definitely be back to stay in this lovely home.

We loved staying at Grisell's place. It is a beautiful building and nice and quiet. Communication with her was easy and rapid, which we appreciated a lot. If you choose to stay there, its good to know the roads are not paved there and you will need a car or scooter/atv to get around as there isn't too much close walking distance. But we loved it!

El desarrollo donde se ubica es hermoso, rodeado de naturaleza y con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia perfecta. El departamento está completamente equipado y pensado para que no te falte nada. Tulum, entre su ciudad y sus playas, es simplemente una joya. La ubicación del departamento es excelente: a solo 10 minutos de la zona hotelera y la playa, lo cual es un gran plus. Los anfitriones son muy atentos, brindan toda la información clara desde el inicio y responden rápido a cualquier duda o necesidad. Sin duda, uno de los mejores lugares para hospedarse en Tulum. ¡Altamente recomendado!

Yep...the other reviewers were right. Amazing superhosts...easy to find and access...all listed amenities; aplenty. It sets you in (to the downtown area) easily. Later I will move elsewhere (larger) but it's great for 1-2 people. Unfortunately, I saw THREE dogs next door and my heart sank thinking the noise is going to just ruin it all. I gave it some time and for being 3 dogs they were NOT that bad; mostly quiet and just when I was going to mention it sometimes, they stopped. Fortunately (jinxproof), that person and the dogs moved anyways after ~2 weeks. It's actually pretty quiet around here mostly. Super cozy place. I'm using the bike a LOT. Unfortunately; the internet went out for an UNGODLY 6.7 days and I'm an online entrepreneur/nomad so it's like lifeblood. I know this was not the hosts fault whatsoever but they did their part AND after the main power grid for it was fixed at 6 days for neighbors, but this wasn't Francisco was a rockstar and hired someone to get on-site-Thx!

This place is incredible! With the merged dwellings you get two full kitchens and lounging areas, two pools, and two lodging buildings which include a total of 8 bedrooms and 12 beds. There were 12 of us so we all had our own beds. All the stone used throughout property gives the place an Aztec feel. Beautiful during the day in the sunlight and illuminated at night time with all the available lighting. At night, you can really customize the vibe and ambiance you’re looking for. We stayed in Units 2&3. Even though there are additional units on either side, the property feels very private. As an added bonus, there is a hotel one minute down the road with a restaurant and juice/coffee bar. The Arúa Lodgings team is extremely responsive and helped us get groceries delivered, make a reservation at Taboo Beach Club, and coordinated all of our transportation. Our host Isaac along with Mariana were amazing and managed all of our needs. I would highly recommend this property and the Arúa team.

Rosa and Vitto was amazing from checking in to checking out. The place was beautiful inside and out. Me and my wife enjoyed our stay felt right at home. Rosa was very helpful on booking a lot of things for us as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone going to Tulum.

Erik’s house was very spacious just as described! Erik was very attentive and always responded right away! My children enjoyed the pool during our stay! No problems during our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Yaremis's place, as we felt right at home with its cozy, clean and homey feel. The place was in a nice area where it was walkable to the city center while bike ridable to the ruins. Having a kitchen to cook and store food was extremely helpful. Definitely recommend!

Excelente lugar, pasamos una estadía tranquila y agradable, nos sentimos como en casa, la casa tal cual la publican muy limpia y ordenada, Claudia siempre estuvo al pendiente y solucionó muy rápido nuestras inquietudes y nos recomendò lugares bonitos ara pasarla bien. En general 10/10.

El alojamiento estaba muy lindo, las instalaciones también, me gustó mucho que tuviera su propio restaurante dentro del residencial. Además, siempre estuvieron pendientes de cualquier cosa, nos ayudaron con todo, lo recomiendo.

Loved our stay! This is a great location in the town of Tulum, the property is gorgeous and quiet with a great gym, pools, and a cenote! The room was great, fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed, outdoor patio with hammock, and powerful AC. Recommend staying here 100%.

Would book again in a heartbeat! The building is well maintained, clean, and staff are friendly. The rooftop pool gets plenty of sun, the gym is well equipped, and common spaces are thoughtfully designed. Jorgeva was responsive and addressed any issues we had quickly.

This one of my favorite airbnbs I’ve stayed at. As a solo digital nomad, the apartment had everything I needed to be productive and happy, including a tiny desk and office chair, great tv, view of a lovely garden, and cute neighborhood cats that will hang out if you feed them. The rooftop pool is also exceptional. While I was staying, unfortunately there was a lot of construction noise, but Jennifer was accommodating and let me cancel early. Despite the extreme jackhammering that I experienced during my stay, I’m almost certain by the time you read this it won’t be an issue, and you will enjoy this space very much. Highly recommend.

I had a great stay at Alex’s place. It was right in the city and only a 15 minute drive to beaches/hotel zone. Alex was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay and I would definitely visit again.

Great location next to Supermarket, lovely pickleball court and great rooftop pool area!
