Holiday rentals with a fireplace in La Vergne

Fantastic place to stay that was located in an ideal spot whether you want to go down town or explore other spots in the area. The house alone had enough to do for an entire weekend from teeing off golf balls, relaxing in the sauna, watching a movie in the basement that gives an actual movie theater feeling and cooking amazing meals with the perfect kitchen loaded with all the tools to do so.

It’s a beautiful place, in a convenient location. You are about 20 minutes from Broadway in downtown Nashville, and 6 minutes away from the airport. Overall a pretty spacious place for 6 people as well. Great place to stay.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The home was large, clean, and comfortable and Jody was the perfect host. The home is situated in a beautiful serene landscape which we were able to take part in by walking the grounds and viewing the nature trail. We were shown hospitality above and beyond expectations through the quality of the toiletries to the complementary snacks and coffee available at our leisure, ensuring our stay was all the more enjoyable. Furthermore, any inquiry we had was met with timely response. This place checks the boxes of all the creature comforts we were accustomed to. Thank you for a great stay!

Beth called the day before our trip to give me helpful instructions on getting into the house. The house was on a quiet street with a lovely yard and deck for enjoying the outside. The inside of the house was very roomy, and everyone was able to have their own spaces. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed and we were able to have our large family under one roof for meals! Having two living spaces was also very nice, as the younger people could have their own space. Thoroughly recommend Beth’s place!

Patrick's place was perfect for our adult group of seven. The home was spacious and comfortable for our family get together. It was quick and easy to Uber to downtown Nashville, too. We enjoyed our time together and would definitely stay here again.

Had a fantastic stay here. Lovely house. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to all that Nashville has to offer. Large spacious rooms. Some lovely shops and restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend this property if visiting Nashville. Lauren was great to deal with at all stages of the rental.

Out of all the Airbnbs we've stayed at, this one was by far the best! The hosts were incredibly kind and thoughtful — they truly went above and beyond. From the little bottles of shampoo and conditioner to the kid-friendly cups, plates, and even toys, they thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and special. Our toddler had such a great time playing with their sweet children, and we all enjoyed toasting marshmallows together — such a fun and memorable experience! The bathtub was a highlight — seriously amazing. This place felt like a true oasis. And the chickens? Absolutely adorable! Every morning, our son was so excited to go see them. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Vicki was very kind and welcoming to me and my children during our stay. I enjoyed getting to chat with her and it was nice that she was close for the duration of our stay. If we could rate it 6 out of 5 we would. This place was so welcoming and had everything we could possibly need and more. From the welcome song playing on the TV to all the beautiful touches throughout the house, this was the place to be. This is exactly what I want to experience when staying away from home. You can tell the host really took her precious time to cater to all her guests. Everything was smooth and simple. Thank you so much!

Wonderful place that was very close to Broadway! The apartment was right by the elevators so very convenient, but not noisy at all. Parking was super close to the lobby doors as well. Everything was super clean and she had just about everything you could think of in the kitchen and bathroom in case you needed anything. Lindsey was very nice and made sure to even reach out to let us know that the cleaners finished early if we wanted to check in early. Overall, I would definitely stay here again if we decide to come back down!

Linda was great! Even had snacks and food to make for breakfast. The shower had GREAT water pressure! Bed and couches were very comfortable. The weather was pretty rainy the whole time so it was nice that she even had an umbrella for us by the door!

Our third stay at Denise’s place was great as always! Exactly like the pictures. The beds and space are very comfortable. Denise is always responsive and handled a small issue quickly. This place is in a great area and within a reasonable distance of downtown and other spots around town. We look forward to staying again next year!
