It was amazing. If I ever travel to LA with my family, we will definately look for Jason's place.

The house was beautiful. Very clean and cozy. Anthony and Janey are really accommodating and responsive. I would definitely book with them again.

We booked the place for our sons graduation at Chapman. It was perfect for family and friends to stay and pop in and enjoy each others company! It was not as close as I hoped for walking to things but super easy and convenient. Less than a 10 minute drive to campus. Our son lived close to campus so we could park at his house to walk to all the campus graduation events so this was totally fine. The pool, the games, the covered outdoor seating and the spaciousness of the place made it so easy and fun. The house was spotless, the beds super comfortable and the hosts thought of everything with pool towels, games, sunscreen etc. I'd definitely book again!

We loved this house. It was decorated beautifully and the kitchen was amazing. If we had stayed longer we would have taken full advantage and cooked a meal. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. There was plenty of hot water for all five of us adults to shower within a short amount of time. The back patio and pool area was beautiful. We especially enjoyed the pool table in the game room. We played a lot of pool for only being there two evenings. We even mentioned that some of the pool cues were unusable and they had two new pool cues sent to us the next day! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and all the houses are beautifully maintained. The host was very communicative and really wanted to make sure everything was ok with the house and our stay. I highly recommend this property and we plan to come stay again when we want to have a fun getaway and when the weather is hot enough to swim.

The Yellow Door was an amazing get away just as described and pictured in the photos. Lauren was very responsive if we had questions. It was a wonderful home for us to stay for our travel to Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm and the pool was a great relaxation at the end of the day.

Andrew's home is well appointed. The pool is fabulous and Andrew walked me through all pool instructions. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and good cookware and the linens and pillows were clean and super comfortable. Will definitely recommend!

Bobby was an AMAZING HOST!!! Best HOST ON AIRBNB LITERALLY!!! The property was more luxurious than photos perceived. HANDS DOWN THIS IS THE BEST PROPERTY TO BOOK IN LA NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!! Bobby was very communicative, highly respectful, very helpful, and highly professional. Bobby made my birthday weekend the best birthday I’ve ever had. No Kidding! Bobby’s property was in pristine condition everything worked. Everything in the house looked 10x better in person TRUST ME!!! Shout out to BOBBY!!!! A trip I won’t forget about EVER!!!

Great home and a great host I’d stay here again!

We used this as our base for a family funeral in the area and it was perfect for our tribe of 10. Great size living space with extra folding chairs. Kitchen & bathrooms were stocked with all the basics. Bonus of the playroom full of toys was much loved by our 3 & 1 year old grandkids (and not counted as a bedroom but worked great with the Pak n play we brought for their naps & sleeping). Plenty of parking both on the driveway and on the street. Carol was super responsive. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at Jason and Sarah’s. The downstairs was super comfortable place to hang out with the kids. There were plenty spot to sit outside and comfortable bedrooms. The Access to the freeway is superb.

I had such a great stay here—it was exactly what I was looking for. The space was clean, cozy, and felt super welcoming from the moment I walked in. Everything matched the listing perfectly, and it gave me a comfortable spot to rest and recharge during my trip. The location was super convenient for everything I needed, and the vibe of the place just felt right. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches and the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. Had a very good couple days at the Back Nest with my partner and 2 golden retriever. The place was very clean and comfortable. Good location with short commutes to many activities, food and entertainment. Manuel was a great host, allowed early check in and was very responsive in communication. Biggest drawback was having to enter through the alley, through a tight entrance. Made it work with my jeep, but my partner didn't feel safe coming/going alone. The backyard was nice to have access too, but it needs alot of maintenance due to rough overgrowth of spikey plants. Definitely recommend for single/coupled occupants.

Michelle is an amazing host and communicator. She consistently checked in with us before our stay and was flexible with accommodations. The house looks exactly like the pictures and the neighborhood was very peaceful. It was a great stay!

A true sanctuary for the soul. This house in Idyllwild is everything I didn’t know I needed—and more. Just one hour away from the city, it felt like stepping into a different world. The moment we arrived, I could feel my nervous system start to unwind. Between the river flowing right through the backyard, the private sauna and Jacuzzi, and the peaceful stillness of the forest, it was the perfect space to reconnect with my body, mind, and spirit. Every detail in the home was curated with intention and care. If you’re someone who values health, vitality, and deep rest—this place has everything: nature, healing, beauty, and tranquility. It’s also an amazing space for families—my little one thrived playing in nature and we were all able to slow down and reset together. The host was warm, responsive, and made us feel completely at home. I left feeling nourished and restored, and I can’t wait to return. This place is a gem and has become my go-to getaway for peace, presence, and health.

Eva’s place is even better in person. It’s absolutely beautiful and welcoming to the guests. Eva was very responsive to any questions that I had and very friendly as well. My family of 4 had plenty of room to unwind and all had our own personal space.
