Newly built 2+kk apartment in a quiet part of the city with a terrace, wifi, parking and lockable bike room. The accommodation is only a 20-minute walk to the city center. Maximum capacity 4 people. On the ground floor of the apartment, there is an equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Upstairs there is a living room with a sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed with access to the terrace. Near the apartment there is a bike path (60m), supermarket (300m), swimming pool (350m) and train station (700m).

Nearby sights such as Znojmo ,Moravský Krumlov, Brno, Třebíč , Telč , Vranov nad Dyjí , Lednice and Mušov are large lakes with bathing (Moravia aquapark)

Our pretty townhouse with its small mediterranean-style courtyard is situated in a small lane in the centre of Laa a. d. Thaya. The popular thermal spa is within walking distance of about 11 min. The place offers the ideal basis for a relaxed thermal spa holiday, for trips to the idyllic wine villages of the area, like e.g. Falkenstein, to cultural or culinary festivities or for bicycle tours through the lovely landscape of the Weinviertel or for a visit of the beautiful Nationalpark Thayatal.

Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle, Romanesque church, Gothic ossuary and lots of nature between the forest and wine district near Eggenburg. Bicycles, e-bikes, canoes, kayaks, fireplace, grill, sand playground, table tennis and sauna. And Josephsbrot, perhaps the best bakery in Austria with a cafe. We look forward to it! This is a luxury apartment in a new building in Mušlov (urban part of Mikulov - 4km) and with an excellent location in the Pálava Protected Landscape Area and only 10 km from the Lednice-Valtice area. The nearest towns for necessary purchases are Mikulov (4km) or Valtice (10km), or the district town of Břeclav (20km). The price of the stay includes Nespresso coffee and Leros tea.

Electrical heating in every room. Here is enough space only for two people.
