Entièrement en bois, cette cabane "tchanquée" (sur pilotis) surplombe le sentier du littoral et offre une vue panoramique sur le Bassin et les anciens bassins d'affinage d'huîtres à ses pieds. Sa disposition surélevée lui vaut le nom de "la Hune", qui désigne une plateforme d'observation installée au-sommet du mât des navires. La maison dispose de 3 terrasses, d'un jardin de 500m2 et d'une piscine au sel.
