IMPORTANT: Duplex accommodation with bathroom and toilet on the ground floor. For reasons of comfort and safety, it is more suitable for adults and children over 4 years old who are already independent (no childcare equipment), or for 2 couples. Linens and towels are provided. Bienvenu à La Pequina ! Mon père et mon frère ont construit cette petite maison en bois de Chartreuse l’année dernière. Elle est composée de 2 chambres, 1 salle de bain, 1 salon ouvert sur la cuisine et une très grande terrasse. Il n’y a aucun vis-à-vis, la vue donne d’un côté sur Chamechaude, la plus haute montagne de Chartreuse, de l’autre sur le Charmant-Som. En été vous trouverez de chouettes balades, en hiver, vous profiterez du ski de fond, de la luge et des pistes pour débutants.

Charmante ancienne ferme, vaste (320m2), du 18è siècle. Situé dans un écrin de verdure de 5ha d'une beauté naturelle, dans la Chartreuse et à proximité des eaux claires et chaleureuses du Lac d'Aiguebelette. Autour du lac, vous trouverez des restaurants, des plages et une abondance d'activités. Accès immédiat à plusieurs sentiers de randonnée. Activités d'hiver accessibles à 40mn en voiture. 17 pers maximum (max de 14 adultes + enfants. Pas de fêtes ou les événements bruyants.

New accommodation 2 steps from the lake: Axel's Cottage

Nestled in a green setting on the heights of the Bridoire, we will be happy to welcome you to this beautiful new T2, single-story, with private garden and offering views of the forest and Biscuit and Iris, our donkeys, regularly present in the park. Within walking distance you will find a bakery, a tobacco shop, a pharmacy and a shopping area within 10 minutes by car. You can enjoy activities (canyoning, GR9 hikes, fishing, sailing, etc.)

Waterfront

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

Come and relax in this old barn of 100 m2 on 2 levels, completely renovated with all the comforts for 6/8 people (3 bedrooms) located in Saint Christophe la Grotte. Ideally located (close to the valley of Entremont, the national park of the Chartreuse, 45 minutes from Annecy, it is a quiet and sunny place with a large terrace that will allow you to welcome your family or friends in peace. Terraced house from the back, you have no opposite.

Our house is located in the heart of Novalaise. Enjoy its large terrace with views of the mountains, and its tastefully furnished interior. All shops are 2 steps away, as well as the market on Sunday and Wednesday mornings. It is in a preserved setting that you can enjoy Lake Aiguebelette (swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding...) as well as La Chaine de L'Épine (cycling, hiking...) Ideally located (1 hour from Lyon, Grenoble, Geneva).

Welcome to the Escapade Emeraude, a furnished seasonal rental (6/8 people) ideally located less than 300 meters from Lake Aiguebelette. This comfortable house, its courtyard and garden will bring you all the satisfaction for a successful stay. The service includes private access to the municipal port and its pontoon, allowing the launch of any boat. Optionally, you can also use our boat (except during the winter period).
