This renovated, unique and spacious gîte, with an eco-responsible approach, is located 8 minutes from the city center of Chambéry and 6 minutes from the highway. The accommodation has an open private parking lot with 4 spaces, self check-in and high-speed WiFi (fiber) access. A playroom and outdoor playground will delight the little ones. The heated pool (not to be confused with a hot tub), which is shared with the hosts, is open from May to September inclusive, subject to favorable weather.

We rent an appartement with one bedroom, a living room with kitchen and bathroom, in an old renovated farm in a charming small village overlooking the Lac de Bourget. It's very quiet here, the house is on a dead end street, yet you are close to major cities (Geneva, Lyon, Annecy, Chambery, Aix-les-Bains) and have plenty of outdoor sports opportunities : hiking, swimming, mountain-climbing , motorboat rental, canoeing, cycling. The next ski resorts are about one hour drive. We speak English

The little cottage of Collombine.

IMPORTANT: Logement duplex avec salle de bains et WC au RDC. Pour des raisons de confort et de sécurité, il est plus adapté à des adultes et des enfants de plus de 4 ans, déjà autonomes (pas d'équipement de puériculture) ou pour 2 couples. Les draps et serviettes de bains sont fournis. Le ménage est à faire avant de partir pour cela produits et matériel fournis. Assurance: fournir une attestation de villégiature. Hors saison 2 nuits minimum. Du 1/07au 30/08 semaines uniquement 7 nuits.

Charmante ancienne ferme, vaste (320m2), du 18è siècle. Situé dans un écrin de verdure de 5ha d'une beauté naturelle, dans la Chartreuse et à proximité des eaux claires et chaleureuses du Lac d'Aiguebelette. Autour du lac, vous trouverez des restaurants, des plages et une abondance d'activités. Accès immédiat à plusieurs sentiers de randonnée. Activités d'hiver accessibles à 40mn en voiture. 17 pers maximum (max de 14 adultes + enfants. Pas de fêtes ou les événements bruyants.

Welcome to La Pequina! My father and brother built this little Chartreuse wooden house last year. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room open to the kitchen and a very large terrace. There is no one opposite, the view overlooks Chamechaude, the highest mountain in Chartreuse, on one side and the Charmant-Som on the other. In summer you will find nice walks, in winter you will enjoy cross-country skiing, sledding and beginner slopes.

Nestled in a green setting on the heights of the Bridoire, we will be happy to welcome you to this beautiful new T2, single-story, with private garden and offering views of the forest and Biscuit and Iris, our donkeys, regularly present in the park. Within walking distance you will find a bakery, a tobacco shop, a pharmacy and a shopping area within 10 minutes by car. You can enjoy activities (canyoning, GR9 hikes, fishing, sailing, etc.)

Waterfront

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

Come and relax in this old barn of 100 m2 on 2 levels, completely renovated with all the comforts for 6/8 people (3 bedrooms) located in Saint Christophe la Grotte. Ideally located (close to the valley of Entremont, the national park of the Chartreuse, 45 minutes from Annecy, it is a quiet and sunny place with a large terrace that will allow you to welcome your family or friends in peace. Terraced house from the back, you have no opposite.
