We had a great weekend! The accommodation was as described, clean, well-equipped and located in a quiet environment. The location is perfect for visiting the area. Great welcome and very good communication from Virgile. I recommend it!!

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends at Dominique's place and we're more than happy! The place is really great, the location is really great and there is enough parking. Dominique is a really great host, he was incredibly kind. We're already thinking about coming back with our families!

Beautiful house with beautiful rooms and neat decoration. The view is splendid. The exterior has several dining areas, balcony, garden and rest area. for the interior the equipment is complete, lots of dishes and utensils to be able to make meals without difficulties. the surroundings, Lake Paladrun and villages are 5 minutes' walk away. In addition, on Sundays there is a very beautiful market. a big thank you to yoann! for his availability.

This place is pure French countryside magic. It starts with the pathway up to the home. You’ve past breathtaking scenery and end up on an authentic gravel path. Just when you question if you’re in the right place, you come up the drive to heaven. The place is very clean and we truly enjoyed the gifts that the hosts left us. The bottle of champagne, the artisanal sausage, the freshly picked walnuts and currants made our stay so warm and friendly. The main room w/ kitchen and living room made for great conversation as we planned our next day’s activities. Thank you for allowing us to rent your place.

The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We are very happy to have stayed in this house. The view of the lake is just incredible! The jacuzzi is very large and extremely well maintained. The interior is very comfortable and clean The lake is 5 minutes away by car Isabelle is a pleasant and very understanding host. We would recommend this listing!

Daily walks and baths within walking distance from the rental. Surrounded by lush vegetation offering calm and relaxation with a peaceful and welcoming neighborhood. Beautiful views of the lake from breakfast to aperitif on the terrace without forgetting the sunrises and sunsets. Excellent week out of time and constraints….. Thanks Karine and Wami

Everything was great! Fabrice's very warm welcome, the brand new studio is of very high quality and the equipment ( kitchen, bathroom, etc...) better than we can hope for.... even with very pleasant touches ( coffee, herbal tea, condiments etc .) Recommended +++ only regret not having enjoyed it longer ...

Small studio very convenient and very clean. Olivier is very friendly, he brought me a fan during the hot weather, I appreciated the gesture! Small studio with the necessary comfort, I will return without hesitation!

We only stayed one night at Julien's but we will come back as soon as we have the opportunity. The studio is very nice, comfortable, clean and welcoming. And ideally located.

We had a great stay at Francois’s! He kindly greeted us at our convenience to help with check in and show us around the apartment and providing some info on the location (even helped with our luggage!). The place was clean and full of fun items to explore. Location was perfect!

New accommodation tastefully furnished and very well located (between lake and mountain according to the ad). You will find all the amenities and even more to have a very good stay. We have to go back (with a little more sun!!)

Very nicely located apartment right on the lake. Unfortunately, the weather did not play along during our stay. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating! The apartment is very nicely decorated and functional - only the bedroom is very narrow. We can definitely recommend it! Regina and Michael

2-night stay: I recommend Alain's studio, very bright, beautiful view of the mountain and also of the outdoor parking, large studio with everything you need (bed linen, coffee, internet). The plus: a closed garage in the basement, for a small vehicle such as a 208. Located in the city center, everything is done on foot. The only downside is that the residence is built on a slope, so the ground floor is not the ground floor but the minus 1, so it's complicated to find your way from the basement to the exit. I did not meet Alain (independent arrival) but as soon as I had a question, he responded very quickly by SMS or call.

Everything was perfect! The comfort (mattress +++), the very cozy and cocooning decoration, the location, the instructions and tips for parking etc. Thank you so much! I would highly recommend it!

ground floor apartment with a beautiful terrace sheltered from view. The studio is comfortable, the kitchen is practical and well-equipped, even if I only spent one night. City center within walking distance in 5 min, restaurants, park... very nice host.

We had the most wonderful stay, Séverine was incredibly welcoming and even arranged for us to be picked up from the station! On arrival in the apartment we were given a detailed tour and they accompanied the welcome with a gift box which was very kind! The apartment itself is gorgeous and the additions of the tennis court and swimming pool included make it incredible value for money, not to mention the apartment being only a 20-30 minute walk from both the lake and the town! We cannot recommend enough!

We had a very pleasant stay at Tony's accommodation. Everything was very clean and the apartment was very cozy. He provided us with a crib and a high chair for our baby and there were also board games, children's dishes, basic things for breakfast and cooking, cleaning products... Those things that make the stay more comfortable and enjoyable. A totally recommended accommodation and host😊

We spent 10 days at Christophe's accommodation. Very discreet, he responds very quickly to any question. The apartment was perfect for 2 people. The exterior is just incredible, with its different parts (meals, plancha, large garden lounge, deckchairs, swimming pool), all surrounded by trees and flowers. The Salto dog is adorable and quiet. The neighborhood is quiet, it is easy to park in front of the house; due to the heat wave, we only traveled by car. The city center is 8 minutes away, the lake 10 minutes away. There is also a shopping center less than 10 minutes away. In short, I recommend this rental.

Loved the location of this place. A perfect little spot for the two of us for two nights in Annecy.
