Lake house holiday rentals in Lac de Serre-Ponçon

Fanny’s house is utterly beautiful inside and out. It’s so unusual to find a private quiet garden with a stunning view of the lake, and access to it via a private path. We made use of it paddle boarding and swimming every day as a family. The house had everything we could need. Fanny was really helpful and kind. Would totally recommend.

Thanks Coralie for hosting us, we had a great time! We were a little surprised by the location of the accommodation at the start but the ease of access to the Les Orres ski area is just great. The apartment is very nice and my little boy loved all the toys available!

We had a great time with friends in this very well-equipped, comfortable and pleasant house. Very good times on the large shaded terrace! The location is ideal for shining in the area and coupling water activities with mountain activities. The only little black point in the location is the proximity to the road, a little noisy. Everything else is perfect!

Exceptional! We, our two teenagers, our two little ones of 6 and 2 and our dog LOVED IT! Everyone found their happiness in the house. Pros: The setting is beautiful. Close proximity to farms that sell great products, great walks or not far by car, a station 45’drive away. Eric is a legendary responsiveness, communication with him is clear. The house is spotless, there are all the necessary amenities, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable, the cinema room and the jacuzzi🤩🤩🤩, the garden is a perfect size, several spaces to rest, everyone can find a corner to be quiet, games available for all ages, in short we were absolutely won over. We have absolutely no complaints to make. Thanks again Eric. We hope to come back next time with some snow 🤞🏻🤞🏻

We spent 3 days at Chalet La Mourée. It went very well. Only small downside, one of the large bedrooms with a double bed + single bed with blinds that obscures absolutely no light so impossible to sleep after 8am.

lovely stay in the cottage. Myriam is a host concerned about the well-being of her guests. well-placed accommodation a stone's throw from the lake, clean accommodation and matches the description. Recommended.

Anaïs is a very welcoming and friendly host. Very convenient, spacious, well-equipped cottage, terrace and garden (and even barn to store our canoes!). It is close to everything: body of water, shopping, bakery, also a sea spray town on foot by the GR of the Chemin de Compostelle. The downside of all these benefits is the fairly busy road that is nearby; but the cottage is well worth it. Not to mention the incredibly tasty organic vegetables from Anaïs picked on demand and delivered directly! We loved our 3 weeks there.

The cottage is located on the mountainside in an extremely quiet campsite, with views of the surrounding mountains, lake and waterfall, and not overlooked on the terrace. The interior of the chalet and the amenities are in pristine condition, the rooms are equipped with mosquito nets and roller shutters. A lake beach is a 15-minute walk from the chalet along the path from the campsite, but I recommend going swimming in Chanteloube (10 minutes by car). Two parking spots available around the cottage.

The house is very nice. It is big, clean, bright and warm. The terrace allows to have lovely lunch at sunny days in winter. Grill is a big plus. Jacuzzi is a thing to have a pleasure after a day of skiing :) There is also a TV with soundbar, so we could connect via bluetooth and listen music. All windows have electric roller shutters. There are multiple ski resorts in 25-55 minutes distance by car. We liked Les Orres. Chorges supermarket is 4 minutes away by car. We didn't want to leave the house, it was really comfortable. The host is very pleasant and responsive. I recommend.

Very pleasant stay at Camille's who welcomed us with a smile. The house is very nice. Comfortable bedding. We traveled by electric car and were able to recharge with our CRO (set to 10A, not beyond). Camille knows how to host, her advice and her presence nearby were a big plus.

Upon arrival, we said we were houlà, it's a holiday subdivision, not great... and then in fact the area is super good, the beach accessible in a few minutes, the view from the breathtaking terrace... and we forget the holiday subdivision side. The houses are made in such a way that you feel like you're alone once in. We had a lovely time. You have to think about supplies beforehand, because the 1st food store is not next door.

a nice discovery, the cottage is perfect even better than in the photos for a weekend with the family, it was perfect. It's really a good place!! however, detail a little more of the equipment in the listing or send after (type of coffee maker, raclette machine, board games...) because I had to write all the time to my host, it's a rental of 16 people so you have to prepare the management and not enough details in the listing. Then managing the arrival, I did not receive any emails 48 hours as indicated by arnb, we are all coming from afar so it is difficult to give a fair time with any unforeseen events. Not convenient, we had to wait for the arrival and to leave. A key box would be better, it's really a point to improve, I had a very bad arrival because I was still at work and I had to manage remotely the family waiting. It's really an important point when there is of the road to do.

The villa that is aptly named 👍 has an exceptional view in a beautiful setting. The house is just perfect, exemplary cleanliness, high-end amenities and very tastefully chosen furniture! If you want to stay on the mountain and not be disappointed choose this place!
