Cottage holiday rentals in Lac des Settons

spacious, functional and quiet, it is only the hot tub that does not work too much, it's a shame because we had booked here for this criteria.. The owner was sorry which allows us to accept better and leave 5 stars because otherwise everything is fine.

The accommodation is ideal for a family of 4 to 5 people, easy to access thanks to a key box. The kitchen and bathroom are very well equipped, all appliances and utensils are available, as well as paper towels, toilet paper, bath towels, bathrobes... there is even a small first aid kit with bandages, disinfectant, etc. There is also coffee, tea, powdered chocolate, water, milk... Bernadette thought of everything! The spa is a real plus, nothing better after a long 5-hour drive! I highly recommend this accommodation and will return without hesitation for my next stay in Burgundy.

We had a great time in this accommodation that matched the photos and description. The outdoor area is very pleasant with the pool, the jacuzzi, the different relaxation areas and the different activities possible. The interior is also well arranged and practical. Communication was smooth and Philippe was responsive and flexible with our schedules, which was very pleasant. I recommend it!

Maximum beautiful accommodation! It was a real stroke of luck... I will certainly come back sometime :) The cottage is so lovingly and beautifully furnished down to the smallest detail. The whirlpool is great and the breakfast was very tasty!

The estate is sumptuous and peaceful as it is located in the forest. The many cottages available accommodate family or friends. The main cottage is welcoming and allows everyone to be there. The extra: a hot tub for evening lounging.

Exceptionally peaceful place with wonderful views

A small typical and charming house as we imagined it. Everything was perfect and friendly with good quality bedding... Caroline had planned everything for our arrival with a delicate touch on her part. We were unable to enjoy the garden, which appears bucolic, as the weather was not suitable. We will surely return to discover this magnificent region 😍

We have had a wonderful 14 days, where we have been around the area, but have also gone on many wonderful walks with our dogs. House and garden are very suitable for having a dog. The house is really well furnished with rich possibilities in the kitchen as in the living room. There is a lot of good information about experience opportunities in the area and there are really good manuals and explanations. The house exudes warmth and it is hard not to want to stay. Thank you very much to Coralie for being helpful with big and small things.

We had a lovely stay at Florence's. The cottage is very well suited for a family. Swimming in the nearby lake, walking from the cottage, the trail in the forest by the lake is really nice when it's hot. We enjoyed the outside of the cottage, very well equipped for children to play and to eat outside / barbecue. Very comfortable bedding. Lots of board games and children's books. We didn't miss anything!

We had a wedding nearby and this cottage was very well located for it. Pleasant, typical, that's what we needed. Thank you for agreeing to let us leave the cottage earlier and for letting us leave later 😌 Finally, thank you for the very nice little jar of honey.

We had a wonderful family weekend in this beautiful accommodation, very clean and peaceful (the neighborhood is also very friendly). The house is well-equipped, and nicely decorated, suitable for large families. The garden is large and pleasant for lunch in the sun, and the interior also has 2 lounges for rainy weather. We particularly enjoyed the proximity to the lake, for swimming and running around Only regret: not having rented it for one more night A big thank you to the host who did everything to make this stay go as smoothly as possible (very responsive, accommodating for the checkout, and spontaneously shared their good addresses & little madeleines) - these are the touches that make the difference

Very friendly contact with Dominique, unfortunately we did not see him, too bad. Impeccable cottage located in the middle of several small farm buildings, the inhabitants of the farm very friendly, the setting super beautiful, super quiet, the house is very large, very well decorated and very well arranged. Space to park vehicles, we have motorcycles, even a small barn to shelter them but we did not use it. Upon arrival two bottles of Vézelay beer were waiting for us. 🤩 Super nice stay.

We were coming for the 2nd time and it's still good: the rental, the environment and the very friendly owners. we will be back a 3rd time with great pleasure

Semur en Aouxois is a picturesque medieval town and this great accommodation fits perfectly. Small rustic stone cottage, cozy and modernized! Sufficient for two people with a great garden to relax by the river. The kitchen is well equipped for the basics. We were always in town for dinner. Communication with the landlords in advance, during check-in and afterwards was problem-free, fast and very pleasant. We highly recommend the place.

The Moulin de Crottefou is a true haven of peace. Everything is conducive to having a good time with family or friends. The house is perfectly equipped and in a beautiful environment with the river next to it. Host note was also remarkably kind and makes every effort to ensure that we have a pleasant stay. We'll be happy to go back for a longer stay.
