The apartment consists of a spacious and bright living room, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. It is located at the entrance to the famous Morvan Natural Park, a 2-minute drive from downtown Avallon. The place is unique, bucolic and peaceful (surrounded by forest). The park is 1 hectare and is crossed by 3 rivers (including 1 passing under the house). Possibility of fishing on a boat (trout, pike etc.) and swimming in the river from the garden.

Just 100 meters away is the Canal du Nivernais, which runs along the Yonne River. You can swim, fish, walk, or bike there… At the end of the garden, direct access to the river with canoe available.
