The house is a through house, facing north/south, so you will enjoy light all day long in the two gardens on either side of the house. Just 100 meters away is the Canal du Nivernais, which runs along the Yonne River. You can swim, fish, walk, or bike there… At the end of the garden, direct access to the river with canoe available.

Our very nice cat Gaston will be present during your stay:-) Welcome to the Moulin located by the river Cousin in Burgundy. It is located at the entrance to the famous Morvan Natural Park 2min drive from downtown Avallon. The place is unique, bucolic and peaceful (surrounded by forest). The park is 1 hectare and is crossed by 3 rivers (1 passing under the house). You can fish from a boat (trout, pike, etc.) and swim even in August.

The White House on the Lake

Hi. The house is located 250 meters from Lake Chaumeçon, in the heart of the Morvan Regional Natural Park in a small hamlet. You have access to the whole house and the land of about 1000 m2. The lake is next door, crossing a field, and you have the option to swim and go canoeing, which we provide. The house is very quiet and we will be happy to host you.
