Nous louons cette villa nouvellement construite pour les familles qui souhaiteraient passer un séjour face au lac. La plage et sa baignade surveillée est en face, la piste cyclable pour aller a Lacanau ou océan à 6 km La maison est entièrement climatisée, chauffée, réglable dans chaque pièce. Trois terrasses vous permettront de prendre vos repas ou vous reposer. Le ménage de fin de séjour doit etre fait par les locataires. Ou, sur demande, laissé a la charge des hôtes pour la somme de 180€.

Wooden house 75 m2, 2 steps from Lake Hourtin. Decorated and flowered with passion and care, this little haven of peace will make your days "luxury, calm and pleasure". Recently renovated, the house offers comfort and practicality (air conditioning) both indoors and outdoors. The 80 m2 wooden terrace allows several tanning and/or nap spots. During the summer a nice bathtub is set up outside and will allow you to cool off or rinse off when you return from the beach!!

50 Min from Bordeaux, in the middle of natural landscapes, lake and ocean, is our beautiful vacation home, facing the pine forest, close to bike path and beach. Hourtin Beach/Port, Carcans Beach, Maubuisson, and Lacanau Ocean. The house offers a beautiful bright living room, open to an equipped kitchen. Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a bathroom and two toilets. The 2000 m2 garden is fenced.
