"CHEZ GINOU" The house by the lake

Welcome to Ginou's in ''lachanau''. My house is air-conditioned and comfortable. Ideally located near the lake and ocean. Depending on the season: swimming, water sports, walks in the forest, horseback riding, visit to the Médoc castles and also: naps in the sun or half shade, petanque and books available, children's games... what happiness! The house is fenced (parking for 2 vehicles). There is another accommodation but each has a garden and the private spaces are perfectly independent.

Modern 88 sqm house with private swimming pool set in fenced garden of 7 ares situated in a quiet cul-de-sac close to the town of Hourtin. Large terrace around pool with garden furniture and BBQ. Satellite TV, DVD, Wi-fi internet. The pool is not heated and usually in use from 1 May until 30 September (for 2024 it will be from 1 May but can, by arrangement be kept open later than 30 September even if chilly). Baby & Pet friendly. All on one level but not suitable for wheelchairs.

Recently renovated, the house offers comfort and practicality (air conditioning) both indoors and outdoors. The 80 m2 wooden terrace allows several tanning and/or nap spots. During the summer a nice bathtub is set up outside and will allow you to cool off or rinse off when you return from the beach!!

You will only be about 15-20 minutes by car from the ocean and its beautiful beaches. Accommodation not suitable for electric vehicles

50 Min from Bordeaux, in the middle of natural landscapes, lake and ocean, is our beautiful vacation home, facing the pine forest, close to bike path and beach. Hourtin Beach/Port, Carcans Beach, Maubuisson, and Lacanau Ocean. The house offers a beautiful bright living room, open to an equipped kitchen. Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a bathroom and two toilets. The 2000 m2 garden is fenced.

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Located in a small, very quiet hamlet near Saint Laurent Médoc in the heart of the Médoc forest. We welcome you to a 1730 stone house with lots of charm. Composed of two bedrooms upstairs, a very spacious master bedroom with shower room! On the ground floor an entrance, toilet, shower, cellar, fully equipped kitchen dining room. Jacuzzi is available as an extra and upon reservation!

Chalet of 46 m2, with enclosed garden, in a quiet area on the edge of the forest, close to the village, the lake, the bike path and a few km from the ocean. Everything is done for your comfort. I offer dinner, breakfast or brunch on my veranda where I have created a friendly space dedicated to my guests.(Rates displayed in the small house)."
