Our long weekend at this charming cottage was nothing short of magical. Tucked away in a serene and tranquil location, the peaceful ambiance was a welcome retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cottage itself exuded warmth and character, adorned with delightful local decorations that truly captured the essence of the area. It felt like a home away from home, with every corner telling a unique story. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the picturesque view of the lake right in front of the cottage. Waking up to the gentle sounds of nature and the sight of the tranquil waters was a truly enchanting experience. But what truly set this experience apart was the host. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Their responsiveness, kindness, and genuine hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome and valued.

Un immense merci à notre hôte pour ce merveilleux séjour en famille ! Ce chalet haut de gamme, niché au cœur des bois, est un véritable havre de paix. La décoration épurée et chaleureuse, inspirée du style scandinave, crée une atmosphère apaisante. Nous avons adoré les grandes baies vitrées donnant l’impression de vivre en pleine nature, sans aucun vis-à-vis. Tout est pensé pour le confort : literie de qualité, propreté irréprochable, nombreux équipements (dont un poêle à bois pour des soirées cosy). Les enfants ont été ravis de découvrir des jouets sur place. La communication avec l’hôte a été parfaite, réactive et attentionnée. This was a beautiful spot and Martin was very understanding and helpful. The water access is private and the lake is wonderfully peaceful. We'll be back!

Wonderful Eco Stay – Highly Recommend! This eco home was the perfect retreat. Clean, modern design with all the amenities—comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, strong Wi-Fi, and a serene natural setting. The space was spotless and thoughtfully designed with sustainability in mind. The host was incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions, making check-in seamless. It was peaceful, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Brenda est un hôte remarquable! Elle est super amicale et généreuse. Nous avons manqué de rien! Tout était a disposition et le logement était parfait. Tout était propre, rangé et intime. On se sentait à la maison. Je recommande fortement et j’y retournerai sans hésiter. Audrey :)

It was an amazing place and a respectful host . I really enjoyed. It is one of the best places I’ve ever been. It will always be my favourite place to visit again.

Our hosts, Corinne & Jean, have been extremely good hosts, great communication, instant replies, their warmth and kindness made us feel right at home. They were soooo flexible, extremely accommodating, allowed us early check in and surprised us with a late checkout as well… Coming to their villa, its spectacular, located in a beautiful surrounding, it has been setup sooo soo well, keeping the aesthetics, vintage and modern at the same time. We were 10 friends and it was soo comfy, the villa had space, games, heated pool, theatre room, (with sweet treats and popcorn 😍), good parking space, space for kids, pets, we even went for kayaking, firepit, bbq, & kitchen was also well equipped, you need nothing, just carry your food.. We enjoyed our stay to the peak. It’s a great getaway for family and friends..We highly highly recommend it and would love to come back anytime without even thinking twice.. it’s our group favourite ❤️ Thank you Corrine & Jean for having us!! The Moss Rock Cottage was the perfect summer weekend retreat for my friends and family, especially right before my graduation (honestly should've stayed longer!). Andy and Paddy were very warm and helpful over both messaging and in person when Paddy showed us around the cottage for check in. There were so many activities to do that catered to each person in the group, we definitely made the most out of the water sports on the beautiful lake and the many games inside while ABBA played :) We could tell Andy and Paddy love their cottage from the amazing decor and with having absolutely everything you need stocked. We would love to come back here!!
